Staff were friendly, shower was good and hot. Aircon worked well. Quiet road but very close to main street

We booked an airport transfer through the hotel. We agreed a price and the taxi driver charged us more on drop off even though we showed the agreed price in writing to him. We argued it for a bit but in the end just paid as we had been traveling for nearly 24hrs so knackered. The door to the room is a tiny flimsy glass door so it doesn't feel very secure. There is also construction going on so very loud banging and drilling at 7am. The bedding is dirty, the bottom sheet which covers the bed base was very dirty

Rooms are beautiful and original, great size and lighting, staff is very nice and friendly.

Hot water is available but not too long at a time and the temperature is not consistent.

location is very perfect , Close to both 7-11 and big premium hypermarket. Spacious room with kitchenette. It is very easy to cook your meal in your room. In addition, There are many beds to share with your friends

Very nice hotel, located one street behind the Main Street, but still, very quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly, and it all felt clean and cozy. The rooms are kept in a very nice state. Definitely a place I would recommend.

There are some construction works next to the hotel that create some noise and dirt. Some of it goes to the swimming pool and makes it unusable for some time, but the staff was cleaning it regularly. Also, it is not the hotel's fault.

The property is very clean and the rooms were huge!

we arrived a little earlier and the property was not busy at all! They didn’t allow us to check in a little earlier! I would understand if the property was full, but it wasn’t!

Good location in Tulum town, yet away from the noise.... Car rentals and supermarket was a 5min walk. Loved our room - spacious n clean. Nice common areas too, very boutique, simple and lovely design. Decent pool, garden and balcony. We reached the hotel at 1am and managed to check in without any trouble. Very friendly staff. (Thanks again). Convenient car park. Would definately stay here if i visit Tulum again. (And for us, staying in Town was way better than staying on the Beach Road)

we are traveling with our 16 month baby and from the moment that we arrived the staff help us in everything that we need it. Lovely place, good size room and amazing areas to relax read etc

The people were kind and personal -- way more so that you would get at a Cancun resort, for example. If you speak Spanish, it's great to chat with the people here. I also liked that they included an extra blanket for the bed because the AC gets cold during the night!

There were a lot of mosquitos in Tulum at the time we visited. Not at all the hotel's problem, but it was a nuisance.

We had the garden king apartment with full kitchen. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to reach the main strip of bars and restaurants as well as bike to the Tulum ruins and hotel zone beaches.

The shower in our room was a little painful to use - the water stream through the rain head was like having needles shooting at you because the spray wasn't wide, but it was very strong. If you get sunburned it would hurt. The pool was also a bit dirty. We could see algae growing in the tile cracks. Some wear and tear present through pain chips and rusted door frames. Not a big deal.

The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great - just a short walk to the main part of town. There is also a covid testing centre, ATM and night street food stalls close by.

There is construction close by so it was noisy and therefore sleep was disturbed.
