We liked it

Location is amazing. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Queen room, small window making it dark and feel smaller than it was. Dark green decor contributed to this feeling. Damp smell coming up through the sink drain, smell filled the room. Cold shower, had to wait for boiler to be re-set. One staff member at check in (he was lovely). There was a que for checking in, one for stored luggage and one for the bar. He was managing all three despite two members of staff in the office.

they were having works done at the main entrance and it smelled like sewage not ideal.

excellent, clean accommodation across the road from the metro station (central) and close to the bars. It was surprisingly quiet for a city centre hotel and didn’t even hear storm Arwen.

Excellent location and good breakfast with plenty of options. Had problem with room but it was sorted quickly.

Curtains in the room needed some attention. They didn’t completely cover the window.

Location brilliant as just opposite train and metro station. Room was very spacious and toiletries very good.

The security could be a little better as anyone can walk in off the street and access any floor and reception is on the 2nd floor. Maybe your keycard could be utilised at the door and in the lift.

Bed was really hard. Couldn’t get comfortable and the AC didn’t really work. The room was boiling so we turned on the cold AC and didn’t feel much difference. The iron in the room didn’t work and the tv only had 3 channels

Always clean,great staff,nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is 1st class,so much choice.

Not didn't like as such but would be good if reception could advise about discount parking as I stayed two weeks prior as was unaware of this. It's not much but probably useful to advise people when checking in. Otherwise couldn't fault anything and reception were very pleasant

Everything is great rooms are great, clean etc breakfast is superb, personally I prefer fried eggs but nothing to complain about. More than enough variety. Extremely great location for buses etc everything we look for.

Location (opposite central train station); convenient for all sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, etc

The rooms! 3 changes over a 2 night stay! ALL Beds 5ft, squeaked , creaked & groaned - exceptionally uncomfortable if you’re 6ft or over. 2nd room smelt of damp & had mould & pooling condensation around window . 3rd room had sofa bed & feather pillows (allergic). Sofa bed particularly bad & husband in pain for next 3 days.

Central location. Value for money. Very good facilities in room. Staff excellent.

Breakfast could have had more fresh fruit and availability of fried eggs.

great location, rooms are spacious. the breakfast included was a better range than expected both hot and cold along with a waffle maker!

the music coming from the Mile Castle was so loud! thumping until 2am when they closed. not sure if because our room was facing toward it but it wasn’t double glazed windows. really let our stay down. we got in after 12am so didn’t want to complain and switch rooms at that time, we just waited it out.

I love the reception staff they were absolutely flawlessly attentive The establishment had a clean and neutral colour scheme. I would highly recommend

From when we first walked through the door to when we left, we were greeted with warm friendly staff. Nothing was a problem. Very knowledgeable of the area which was greatly appreciated. Evey member of staff said hello with a smile.

The only negative was the rain, but the staff gave us umbrellas.

Great location right near the station and good clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was included with my stay which was a bonus. The left luggage was super handy and reception staff helpful and friendly.

There was a fair bit of noise from some inebriated guests late at night which woke me up but didn’t”t continue for long. The person trying to shush their friend/colleague was ironically the noisiest of the lot. Some issues with the lifts which meant some longer waits for guests whilst goods were being moved up to the restaurants in the main lift or cleaners moving their kit between floors (or both)

All but 1 of the staff were great n plesent n the room was nice n clean the breakfast area was nice n clean

The lift was not great for a wheelchair i had to take my foot plates off just to get in n the width of the lift doors i only just squeezed in i raised this with the lady checking us in who was lovely she got another lady over who dismissed what i was sayin sayin it is to the standard measurement size n that was it then we got onto our floor n the doors to the corridor didnt have a working button to open them you could only open them manually thankfully i had someone with me to hold one side open so i could get through n the room door didnt even hav a button to open it so i couldn't open the door myself cause it had to be opened manually n there heavy doors with them been fire doors so once again luckly i had someone with me When a hotel advertises its wheelchair friendly in a sence is some what true cause the room door is of a little bit bigger size but the hotel is not wheelchair usable which is completly diffent n thats what you would expect from a hotel advertising disabled access

The right location as it was just across the road from the train station where I met my sister. The room was lovely and spacious two double beds they were a bit squeaky when you lay down to watch the TV 📺 but it was nice and clean the staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful.

The only items which would have been nice there wasn't any bottles of water in the room.

The hotel was just across the road from the train station so it was only a couple of minutes away. I was meeting friends who had stayed there before. The room was excellent and clean and the bathroom have all the toiletries needed. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and had everything I wanted.

I could not fault the service I received.

The hotel is in a good location because it's central and very close to the train station. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our view was decent, overlooking Central Station. The staff at the front desk and the security guard were really friendly.

Through no fault of the hotel, hot breakfasts weren't available at the time. The continental options were okay. Also, there was other maintenance work taking place, so the hotel didn't look it's best in the entrance and lobby. All picky things that can't be helped.
