A number of items should have been much better. The apartment had been painted to a very poor standard. The small garden had tall and uncut grass and the hedges needed pruning. There were many mosquitoes as a result of the tall grass. The concrete balcony was very slippery and extremely dangerous from moss growing as a result of water constantly leaking from the gutter above. The kitchen was poorly lit with only one small light over the cooktop. The powerpoint next the cooktop did not work. There was NO Kettle , NO Microwave oven, No tea towels. The plastic cutting board was very stained and dirty. Only one wine glass was provided. The frying pan was a very poor quality and bowed to the point where it would not sit on the cooktop. The toilet seat was very loose and the shower head would not attach correctly making it awkward to have a shower. The hot water would only last for 7 minutes. The owner was made aware of some issues and provided another pan and tea towel. A 40 Euro towel charge was paid directly to the owner. We did not receive an official receipt. The whole property in general is in a bad state of repair and requires the Body Corporate to spend a great deal of money to bring it up to a suitable standard for the price paid. Booking.com need to ensure that the information provided by the property owner is a true reflection of the condition of the property as in this case, it was certainly not.

Having meetings at the Marco Simone Golf course this was the perfect location for me. Lorella, the host was in contact from the booking to arrival and also throughout the stay. I would recommend the apartment for a single person or a couple; it was very clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and informative & took every step to make sure my stay was a very good experience.

Location was perfect for a round of golf. Nice sunny garden to enjoy the evening sun and very comfy bed. Lorella, our host could not have been kinder.

The apartment itself was lovely. The development itself is a little tired but will no doubt benefit from the Ryder Cup upgrade.
