The staff are pretty responsive and kind. The room is also spacious, clean and comfortable.

Didn’t provide toothpaste, toothbrush, and razor in the first place, not sure if it’s the norm.

The heater / aircon kept making clicking sounds through out the night, waking us up on many occasions! View from the room was disgusting (concrete wall).

The fact we were overcharged and neither the third party or the hotel staff were prepared to resolve the issue. The amount we were charged was already inflated and then the were charged an extra $240 the manager was contacted however would not discuss the issue with us until we pressed them on it after which still would not prepared to discuss. In addition, one reason we booked was for the swimming pool which was heated for all year round swimming which in fact was not heated!! Do yourself a favour and book the RIU which is better location and more economical at a similar standard.

I liked that the staff acknowledged us every time we walked in. The gym and games room were good. It was clean and well located.

The bin trucks outside our room. They were very loud and woke us up super early.

The location off of Fisherman’s Wharf was perfect and the lounge really made the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just a ten-minute walk from Pier 39, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It has a large underground parking lot, which we were finally offered at a "fair" rate.

The room did not appear to have been cleaned when we arrived. There was a contact lens in the bathroom and the bath towels were missing. The staff who then brought these to us were not at all friendly.

The facilities at the hotel are very good. The location is a short walk to the front and peirs. The town centre is easy to access through the Muni public transport system..

When we arrived the room wasn't cleaned properly. There were pubic hears on the bath and body wash. There was also no hand soap which appeared after the first cleaner visit. The window in our room wasn't double glazed which made it quite noisy especially at 4am with the daily visit of the bin lorry. We had a generator constantly running outside the room over the road for the first few nights which was very pleasant either but this was taken away

Loved the games room and the milk and cookies was a great touch. Was also good to have gym and pool. Was a really nice chilled out atmosphere

I sent the following email to the staff. There was no response. Our stay Hello, I would like to provide feedback regarding our stay. I called to notify the hotel of our late arrival. Our plane from Philadelphia to San Francisco landed at 1030pm. By the time we got the rental car and arrived to the hotel it was 1130pm. We attempted to use the self kiosk to check in as 2 employees were in a deep discussion at the front desk with their backs turned. After 10 minutes of attempting to scan my ID and receiving an error message I asked for help. The female at the desk rudely said she could help us and proceeded to check us in. We booked 2 rooms each with 2 queen beds for 2 nights in April. We were told they did not have our correct rooms we asked for. They gave us 3 rooms but we would need to check out of 2 and move rooms. That was incredibly inconvenient after a very long day of travel to unpack then pack up again and check out of 2 rooms but not be allowed to check into our rooms right away. We had to condense all stuff into one room. Lastly, at 830 am on Monday, the day of check out, we received a knock on our door room 130. We woke up to housekeeping entering our room. I was so stunned from just waking up I did not have any thoughts right away. She apologized and left our room. At 930am our sons, in room 129, knocked on our door with all of their stuff packed up and ready as they received a knock on their door and thought they were late in checking out. It is my understanding check out is at 12pm. I just left the front desk and told a not so nice female we are checking out of 129 but do not wish to check out of 130 until 12pm. As I was walking down the hallway back yo our room 130, the housekeeper asked me if we were leaving soon. I said we will be leaving at 12pm. I am very disappointed with our stay. I expect to hear back from management. Thank you.
