Es sencilla la habitación
La puerta de la regadera no cerraba y se hacía un pequeño charco en la esquina
Hay un bar en la esquina del hotel, en la noche se escucha a toda la gente gritando

Muy céntrico, fácil acceso y llegada. La habitación limpia y amplia no había muchos hospedados entonces no había ruido y todo muy tranquilo!

The hotel is surrounded by stores and businesses so it can be very noisy in the morning.

The rooms are big enough to be confortable, the location is good if you want to take a walk to Cholula downtown, is quiet, plus, personnel was awesome :)

Decent rooms, but hot water and wifi were iffy at best.
The check in process was absolutely abysmal. The receptionist had no idea how to use the computer, was not able to find my booking through Booking.com after 15 minutes, had to place a call through to someone and be literally coached through every step of the check-in process. Did not know how to use the credit card machine, and when I finally procured cash she didn’t have change.
An incredibly standard check in took more than 30 minutes.
