With balcony, I personally didn’t care for it because balcony faces Main Street and it
Can be very load very early in the morning.
Second time, we stayed in the Zapoteca room, loved it! Very quiet! Definitely, will stay in this same room again.
And location is excellent! Next Door is a brewery, Crazy Moon….a must try!!

The location was great. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very nice unique decor. The staff was very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the simple, but delicious breakfast set for us each morning.

The owner it was a very kind and respectful personal. He walk us through the hotel and the history behind of it.
The staff very rude, they kick us out and didn’t even let me send a couple of emails in the outdoor tables (12:30pm). It was the supervisor on turn in my check out day. Very un respectful lady. My husband and I left very disappointed from the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great spot of Cholula. The staff is excellent, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a special place.

The location was absolutely perfect! It is right in the center. Within walking distance to the entrance of the pyramids, the zocalo and the most important churches. About 400 meters away is the entrance to the train to Puebla too! so you can also take a quick 40 min ride to Puebla. The breakfast and the service was great too!
The rooms are a bit outdated. I feel like they could renovate them to keep their "old" charm but with newer furniture. The bathroom felt a bit out of place right in the middle of where the sofa bed was and of course a curtain or something would have been great to separate both spaces and give a bit more privacy.

Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. Furniture in the shared sitting room (salon) was VERY comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than 100m to the main square.
The room could have been brighter since there are no windows.
