La proprietaria ci ha accolto mostrandoci l' appartamento e al momento del pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, non avendo il resto, ci ha detto che sarebbe passata più tardi per portarcelo, facendoci così credere che l appartamento fosse a nostra completa disposizione. Ma così non è stato. La signora avrebbe alloggiato nel nostro stesso appartamento e per di più utilizzando il nostro stesso bagno. Per evitare tale disagio abbiamo deciso di rinunciare al pernottamento chiedendo alla proprietaria un rimborso, anche parziale, dato che non era specificato niente di tutto questo su booking. La signora si è rifiutata, ammettendo pure che altre coppie avevano preso la nostra stessa decisione, non restituendoci neppure la tassa di soggiorno.

We liked the location of the property and how well it was maintained and cleaned.

My partner didn’t like the fact that we’ve had to live in the same house with the landlady even tho we had our personal bathroom and room. The rest it was commonal

Vely is a very nice person, always available to help. We were new to Italy and she explained how things worked, helped with indications and tips about what to do in specific cases. Her place is very cozy, clean and comfortable.
