The location is excellent!

The property is old and many equipment does not work, like the coffee machine and heating towel rack. And it has bad sound while closing the bedroom door and bathroom door.

So noisy! The traffic was horrendous and the neighbours were arguing until the early hours two of our three nights! The flat was quite dull! Not like the pictures! Needs a makeover!

The location was perfect! Close to Via Del Corso and a 30 minute walk from the Vatican City🫶 The apartment was spacious and a great space for a family of 8 .

The refrigerator was not cleaned well and the pull out couch was really worn making it difficult to use as a couch.

Absolute beautiful apartment. High ceilings with all the amenities provided. Large and comfortable!!!! The air conditioning inside the apartment worked beautifully and was so refreshing after a hot day site seeing. The most perfect location in the center of Rome. We had relatives visit us who live in Rome and were telling us how great the location was. We were able to walk to the Vatican, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, piazza Novona and pantheon, Campo di Fiori and more! Easy to get Uber black from this location for further spots like the colosseum. The provider was so helpful in helping us with transport to and from the airport and also with any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone!!!!

Location is perfect, AC worked very well, Balcony was good, provided a small space to enjoy the river and outdoors They allowed us to check in an hour early, which was good given the heat in Italy. Even if that was not possible they would have kept our baggage for us. Very responsive

Bathtub had a black slip guard mat, and could see hair at the edges, just felt could have been cleaned better

Great location. Lovely apartment. Air conditioning was a life saver during the heatwave. Nael and Gianluigi were very helpful and gave lots of useful recommendations. We will be back.

Nice spacious apartment in beautiful old building( better than hotels with tiny rooms). Walking distance to many of the sites, restaurants, shopping or to transportation. Fairly quiet area, right on river. Heavy security door to secure building for evening. Gianluigi was great. Came to welcome us with city map & showed where to go-sites, restaurants, etc. Wonderful bakery-coffee shop right over the bridge.

This accommodation was perfectly located to everything in central Rome. We were on the 4th floor of a lovely building near a main road/intersection. Traffic or noise was not a concern at all. The host remained in touch during our stay to ensure all was OK and assisted with a few additional requests. There was ample space for a family of 4, with a separate bedroom for the parents, great kitchen facilities and the added bonus of a washing machine.

the location is unbeatable. Within walking distance of the Vatican City, Villa Borghese, Trevi fountain. the apartment was very clean and Gianluigi very helpful and accommodating.

Best location in Rome. Central to all the sights. Only about a 15-30 minute walk to all the attractions. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Supermarket only a few blocks away. Nestled along the tiger river. Two bedroom apartment with a washing machine, which is a bonus. Only about 35-45- minutes from the airport. A 10-15 minute ride from the Roma Terminal Station.

I can definitely recommend. Gianluigi was very friendly and helpful. Very easy to contact the host. The location is great, short walk to Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo, as well as to Vatican. Definitely recommend.
