Great accomodation, located in a beautiful historical palazzo, and in one of the most exclusive streets of Rome. Large living room, and spacious and silent bedrooms. The owners are very friendly and eager to help. We will certainly return.

The location is perfect, the apartment is close to many attractions (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Borghese Gardens and the metro station). Each room has it's own attached bathroom, which makes it very convenient for a party of 5 people traveling together. Checking in is a breeze, all paperwork can be completed online prior to arrival. First time travelers to Italy should know that you must provide your passport information when you check in. The home owners are required to report it to the police for safety reasons. Once you arrive, you just click on the links in an app to gain access to the building and the apartment. This apartment is fully equipped allowing you to feel at home even in a foreign country. The AC worked perfectly as did the washer and dryer. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. They even provided a short video so guests know exactly where to go and what to do when checking in. I would highly recommend this apartment.
The internet in the living room works, but it does not reach the bedrooms. There was a box in one of the bedrooms that may have been an extender or router but it had a red light. We could have reached out to management but we were too busy having fun. Most of the TV is in Italian and I do not believe the TVs provided access to Netflix but I am not sure as we were not really concerned about watching television.

Everything!!! This apartment is amazing! The location is in the heart of the city. So close to shopping, restaurants, tourist sites. You can walk to anything! The apartment is huge. Bedrooms are enormous with their own private bathrooms. Updated interior in a charming building. Authentic Italy! The host is amazing. So responsive and answers immediately with anything you need. So reassuring to have a great resource!

An exclusive classic and supermodern apartment perfectly located near The Spanish Steps with lots of top-rated restaurants nearby. Elegantly renovated with the highest design standards. Good WiFi, TV in all rooms, dishwasher and luxurious bathrooms. Perfect.
We have nothing to complain about. The department. It was perfect.

The location was very good, even though the apartment was located on the second floor, without lift, the stairs weren't too bad. The place is very spacious.
Small, but relevant details for a place which is not inexpensive:
1) No soaps in the 3 bathrooms. Only shampoo.
2) Washing machine ok, but no washing powder
3) Dishwasher ok, but no tablets for the dishwasher
4) No salt/no pepper/ no basic supplies such as olive oil/vinegar etc...
5) Broken cutting board which has seen better days....
6) Pans and pots have had better days too.
7) Broken seat on the loos of the main bedroom.
8) Reading lights bedside not existent.
My suggestion is to factor in these small incidentals in the daily price. Guests won't have to purchase some around the corner at the local Carrefour Xpress.

The location is great. Just down the road from the Spanish Steps. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. The A/C was SO good - we needed it as Rome was very hot! The communication with the host was fabulous - we really appreciated receiving the recommendations of where to eat.

LOCATION was wonderful! The modern space and decor lovely. The actual size of the apartment very large. Ensuites for every bedroom.
Beware!!! Construction taking place within the courtyard of the apartment which we were never made aware of!! Wifi would drop often in certain bedrooms. The amount of stairs to reach the apartment. One of the bedrooms did not have a North American queen size bed felt more like a double.

Perfect location! 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps and the Metro station. All major sites within walking distance. Our contact Alla was brilliant, helped us every step of the way.

The best location for a vacation in Rome... only steps from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna!
The apartment is quite large with three large bedrooms each with their on bathroom, all recently updated.
There is a full kitchen (refrigerator, oven, cooktop, toaster, and microwave) with dishes and glasses, pots and pans, and utensils. Full sized washer and dryer. Dish soap and laundry soap included!!
Flat screen TVs in every room - with Netflix available as well. The internet was great.
The hosts were absolutely wonderful - always available within minutes and flexible on arrivals and payments. They arranged for car service to pick up and drop off at the airport.
Having parking available was great - a nightly rate in addition to the rental, but we couldn't use it during the day because the house is located in the restricted traffic area of Rome. (We didn't need it - but just so you know.)

Living in this historical building at the center of Rome was an amazing experience.
The hosts went out of their way to make our stay perfect by providing an organized guide for selected restaurants/bars and not-to-miss sights and even provided great tips for the next part of our road trip through Italy.
Although parking is conveniently available, I recommend to leave your car out of ZTL during your stay, otherwise you would have to time your access to/from the building based on the ZTL timing.

This apartment is by far the largest I have stayed in during 20 years of visiting Rome - 3 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, in a beautiful building. The owners were very kind and even helped us make appointments for our return-trip COVID tests. This apartment has good air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, and a quiet position in a bustling area. Highly recommend!
You will have to walk up two flights of stairs, so not ideal for some renters.
