The room is large and well furnished

The landlord came into the room before I checked out and asked me to give him 10 points review ! Finally, I left because he didn't find the email the booking sent to me, I thought I would let it go in case the landlord would make trouble, but after communicating with the booking's customer service, I think I should make the comment public. I wonder if he does this to other customers...

The host Ekrem lives in the same apartment building and is very helpful. He drove me to the bank and the supermarket when I first arrived so I had everything I needed. (Ekrem is my new best friend.) All variety of shops, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. It is a short walk to the walled city and it is even possible to walk to Palm Beach if you don't mind a walk. The lemons, mandarins and oranges growing in the garden are the sweetest you'll find. The apartment had everything I needed to cook and wash and I deem this residence good value for money. Nice apartment with private entrance and direct access to the patio and garden. it’s big enough and it has everything you need for a perfect stay. walking distance (20 mins) to the old part of the city, very good price! owner was super kind and also brought me to the bus station when I left

cleaning was not at its best, the floor hasn’t been cleaned and mopped before my arrival. all was a bit dusty.

Great location for visiting the ancient walled city of Famagusta, 25 minutes walk away. Very helpful host. Peaceful location. Very convenient for shuttle bus to Ercan airport, host kindly took me to the shuttle bus.

Newly renovated, modern apartment, very quiet, Bicycle available, owner is a charm, brought me to the port, very late check out no problem!)

Very kind owner. He drove us twice to visit Varosha and brought us anything we needed in the apartment. He makes u feel like at home. Neighborhood is quiet and supermarket is nearby.

Very good value apartment with very helpful assistance on queries from Ertunalp and his dad. Check-In was very easy as Ertunalp voluntarily picked me up as a complimentary gesture from a nearby restaurant. Also he and his dad are really making sure that the stay is comfortable during the whole time. They can also organise a car return journey to visit Salamis as an extra request. The fact that Ertunalp lives in his own apartment in the same block of building really helps to get quick and personal answers !

As a small detail, the kitchen is big and it has all the needed plates and cutleries with washing liquid and scrub sponge but it didn’t have any dish drying towels for some reasons so I just used the dish drying rack. Nothing else to improve !

There was not clean enough in the bathroom

The apartment was huge and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the duvet and pillow cases were fleece! I had a great sleep. Good location close to centre but not in a touristy area. Good supermarket across the road. Lots of parking outside. Hosts went out of their way to be helpful and kind and dropped me to the bus. Would highly recommend : )

Host was very nice and helpful! Very nice place and great localization.

Our hosts were fantastic from the moment we booked-they sorted our airport transfer for us saving us some money and handled border control. The family who own the accommodation also live within the complex and were always at hand to help us with getting around. They treated us like part of them and were exceptionally good with my 4 year old son who had lots of questions about the gardens and cats. The apartment had everything we needed and shops were very close by. I will definitely stay here again.
