Terrace with old hole in pavement (wooden floor) and we unfortunately fell in one chair!!!!! We found out that it was a known problem and it was still not fixed!!! Check out very slow.

Basicaly a newly built hotel, in an area with sprawling new development. Much of the area looked like a construction yard, but wasn't noisy. Very nice promenade starting at the riverside behind the hotel that gets you to the centre of the city or e.g. the Landungsbrücken if you like a good hike. Courteous staff, spacious restaurant, underground parking with elevator access to the reception area and the rooms. Close enough to walk to the city centre if you want to stretch your legs before a meeting.

Didn't have a problem with anything, the hotel was conveniently located. Had a bit of trouble finding the entrance to the underground garage, but missed a sign that I discovered the next day.

it’s a big hotel, so you might need to wait for breakfast a bit if you come in the peak hour; if you come later they may run out of some foods and do not necessarily replenish; a bit too far off if you want to walk with kids but a subway station is right behind the corner

Everything was good, even the subway station right outside. The serving staff were wonderful, both in the dining room and in the downstairs bar.

No complaints except maybe the bar /cafe on the ground floor could have a wider offer of snack type food .

Good access to the U4 train link, a large reception and lounge area on the ground floor plus well proportioned bedrooms. All the staff were very pleasant and generally has the feel of quite a high-end hotel… but make sure you are a heavy sleeper!

NOISE! The ventilation unit, on its lowest setting, sounded like an aeroplane taxiing on a runway. The unit, which had no obvious ‘off’ switch would ramp up and down every half hour just to add to the nuisance. For a country that prides itself on its engineering this was just so bad, I would be surprised if this meets German building regulations for a hotel room. In the middle of the night I measured between 65 and 72 dB(A) at 3m (Should be more like 25-30 dB(A)). It wasn't just my room either! Can I suggest the manager takes time out to spend a night in one of the rooms to experience what seems to be an obvious design flaw.
