Location is great, 1min from the sea side. Apartment is great for couple, or two friends. Apartnent was very clean :)

Terrace is not like in pictures. But there is very nice backyard, with nice view.

The location is super - right in the center of the tourustic area, near the cafes and restaurants, 10 minutes walk from the Old town Kotor and supermarket "Voli". The rooms were clean and bright. Small kitchen is well-equipped. The owners live in the same building, they are very welcoming and helpful. The buinding is not in the first line, but the view from the balcony is stunning.

There was air conditioning only in the living room. but not in the bedroom. So the summer night might be very hot inside.

Great location for Kotor Bay and Kotor Old Town. I was heavily pregnant and found the walk to both more than manageable. Good proximity to cafes and restaurants (recommend Little Bay walking distance). Taxi rank, supermarket near by and touristy things like boat tours etc within a short walk. Apartment set up was clear, good instructions and parking. It was basic but clean and really good value for money. We stayed with our 18month old and the hosts organised cots/highchair for us which were excellent standard and very clean - it was perfect for her.

The access to the parking was a little tricky (especially arriving in the dark)... Hot water in the shower was an issue, they came out to fix it but it didn't really improve, so we took it in turns to have cold showers which wasn't ideal. Photos promised views from the balcony/outside area... our room looked at parked cars and you couldn't see any of Kotor bay - perhaps the owners could be more specific about this as this was one of the main reasons we booked given we have a small child and wanted to sit out in the evenings while they slept.

Lovely view. Nice clean, modern apartment. Only a 10 min walk along the lake into the old town. Lovely to watch the cruise ships coming and going.

The hot water is from a tank and if it runs out one of you is having a cold shower. The track leading up to the apartment is VERY poor. We found the neighbourhood dogs constant barking annoying.

Clean, comfortable apartment with amazing view, very quiet. Apart from the incident described in the negatives, the owner was very helpful and responsive.

Lack of shower gel although it should be provided according booking description. When I asked about it I was totally ignored by the owner, no response. You also have to be careful with eating anything sweet, if there are any crumbs left, ants will appear immediately.
