Great place. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping and transit Inyo Melbourne!

Great place with a view of ocean from the kitchen window. Beautiful inside; full, large modern kitchen and bath with everything available to cook anything you could want. Bedrooms were large and well appointed. It was located close to the beach and walkable to coffee, restaurants, and shopping. I easily walked to the train station and caught a train into downtown Melbourne to see the sites there. Mass transit is very good and certainly beats driving!

Extremely unhappy that these issues were never explained to us. As a minimum we need compensation and I am looking into

This property was seriously misrepresented. It had scaffolding everywhere and I banged my head on it in the dark. The parking space was very difficult to navigate (into and out of garage) and the driveway was outrageous with scaffolding positioned in the driveway making access to parking almost impossible without damaging our vehicle. Furthermore the plug for the garage lighting was dangerous and would never pass any electrical inspection!

property is spacious and clean .

the building is under renovation and is being scaffolded, thought it would be good if travellers were notified prior to that. Hard time trying to manoeuvre the huge SUV with the Scaffoldings all around the building when we first arrive, not aware of the tight bend before the garage. There were squeaky noises from the scaffolds on the two windy nights we were there. upstairs neighbours who stomp their feet from 7 am to 7.45am. All’s good otherwise. Thank You .

Walking distance to shops,beach and train station. Spacious which was great for a family.

Parking was tricky as we have a station wagon and had to park is a visitor park as the garage was too hard.

Superb Frankston Apartment, loved it!

Absolute home from home. So comfortable, great to have all the extras like washing up liquid, fab board games, shower gel, giant badminton. Super close to the beach and felt very safe, totally loved it.

Lack of full length mirror. That's all.

Loved the apartment. There was nothing to dislike. Very spacious and everything that you would need was provided. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Location was spot on. Close to shops and walk to the beach. Check in was smooth.

Superb

Host was accomodating and the location was superb! Great view from the kitchen sink - probably our favorite.

It was a bit warm when we stayed and it would have helped if there were working fans or aircooler. Otherwise, our experience was overall great!

Wonderfully spacious and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped kitchen - somewhere we could actually realistically cook when we wanted to. Very close to Frankston pier, waterfront etc. A lovely quiet location - conducive to sleeping well on holidays. Short walk to the train station meaning easy access to Melbourne CBD too.

Totally recommended. We felt like we were at our own home as whatever we needed was available. The host (Deb) is lovely and extremely helpful! We will definitely be back.

A lovely, comfortable home away from home holiday place...highly recommended. 10/10...

Deb and Domenics little piece of paradise is absolutely lovely...spacious, comfortable in every way, excellent appliances, well stocked with cutlery, linens, towels...spotlessly clean throughout, milk/tea etc available on arrival plus a bowl of goodies. Fabulous TV. Beds very comfortable with lovely linens, blankets and doonas. Parking tho a small garage fitted our rental SUV with space to spare. Nice view of the ocean from the kitchen window. Location well placed with easy access to freeways etc. 1hr and 15 mins easy drive to Melbourne airport. Could not fault this lovely apartment for a place to stay to enjoy wanders tabout he Mornington Peninsula, Beer/Cider and Wine trails, Cape Schank and surrounds.
