- The location was very nice. 13 min to the beach by walking, 6 min walking to the bus stop (linea 129) - we could use 3 bikes that were belonging to the house - kitchen was well equipped - beautiful, big garden - flexible check in time

- wifi connection was very bad/not existant because the router was in another tiney house next to our house - the host was very kind, but answered sometimes not, sometimes very late - a bit expensive for off-season (- grocerie stores nearby had limited opening times and where very expensive. Another one was more far away and reachable by bike in about 15 min, but still not the best offers. I suggest bringing food for cooking, if you are not coming by car)

Lovely cottage, friendly people. Great being able to cycle to the beach. Absolutely stunning area.

The WiFi was a bit of a problem. Slow when it worked, and it didn't reach everywhere.

The villa is located in close proximity to many beautiful beaches in Chia, which could be reached by bikes that were generously provided by our hosts. The house has everything one might need for a comfortable stay, beautiful garden outside is perfect for evening hang outs. The owners of the house were super helpful and friendly, big thanks to them for all the support during our stay 😊

No breakfast provided but there was tea and coffee on the premises . Wifi was good and we watched Netflix a lot ! The garden was beautiful and there is a very lazy cat who just wants to eat , in fact he'll try to trick you into feeding him , even though he has an automated food dispenser , he's far too lazy to catch any birds though !

We arrived in March when it was cold and unfortunately a lot of places were closed , there was no extra heating in the house but immediately upon request Barbara the owner reimbursed us for a blower heater and arranged for a blanket to be dropped off.

The house was so nice with doorstep access to a wonderful garden. 5 minutes drive to amazing beaches. Easy to get to markets and very good restaurants. Comfortable bed and full kitchen.

It was a little tricky having to communicate through host on booking to her parents at the house itself. They didn't speak any English and we didn't speak any Italian. We made do, but the triangle of communication made it a little more difficult when I had concerns or questions...

The little house was beautifully furnished and had a lovely garden. It was located close to the beautiful sandy beaches. Thanks, Barbara, for a very nice stay! :-)
