Pero el estacionamiento se comparte con el hotel ceasar . Deje mis llaves del carro para que lo movieran por que estaba lleno y me robaron dos pares de lentes que estaban dentro del carro y no eran nada baratos la verdad no es justo que los empleados hagan eso

this hotel was the worst customer service and rude management! the first night we left my mom in the room alone while we went to get food and she said someone went inside her room and when she asked who was there they left right away, when we told the hotel they did nothing even though there are cameras EVERYWHERE. We woke up with bites and I SAW FLEAS when we told them, the lady was THE RUDEST PERSON telling us that we made the mess we brought the fleas and to never come back ever again and why didn’t we leave in the first place when we first got bite. she was the most disrespectful person, this place is NOT GOOD AT ALLLLLLLL
