We had a great stay at the apartment. It’s basic but has everything you need. It’s very well located, just outside the hustle and bustle of the city but within walking distance. The manager was great! We would love to stay again.

Kitchen equipment is very minimum, you can invest in some more kitchen gear.

The staff were wonderful, couldn’t help you enough. The room was just as it looks on the photos, lovely and spacious and perfect for a few days to relax

雖然覺得會打到10分實在很誇張，可是好像也沒有什麼可以挑惕的。 古城區外圍，鬧中取靜，走一段路可到觀光景點，斜對面有超市，很方便。 一房一廳一衛，新式電梯建築，乾淨清爽，還有快煮壺、浴缸、洗衣機、冰箱，床很好睡。 櫃檯人員親切，感覺很真誠。真心推薦。

Great hotel! Japanese follows english. Staffs are very kind and they always talk to us in a friendly manner. The room i stayed is it looks like a little bit old, but no problem for my stay. It takes about 10 minutes to old town from the hotel. There are a lot of people and motorcycle in daytime, but particularly after 8 pm night, there are not many people around the hotel, so i think that it's better to take a taxi if possible. I walked everyday and had no problem, in my opinion, i didn't think it was dangerous place there. Some people may feel scary to walk the street at night. スタッフの方はとても親切で、フレンドリーに話しかけてくれます。会話するためには英語が必要です。 部屋は多少古さを感じましたが、宿泊に問題はありません。 ホテルの周りですが、昼間はたくさん人がいて、バイク・クルマがたくさんいますが、夜になると人通りがなくなるため、多少怖いと感じる方もいるかも知れません。 特段、治安が悪い印象はありませんでしたが。私達は基本歩いていましたが、タクシーに乗ることをおすすめします。

It’s location

Good location, outside of old town and nestled away so was not so busy or loud. Easy walk 10-15min into the heart of the town and night market. The staff were super friendly and helpful! That was the best part of the stay. They provided daily drinking water which was convenient.

We stayed at two apartments and both were spacious. However, the first standard room did not have any cups and some of the dishes were not clean. We then stayed at penthouse which was very spacious, fully equipped kitchen and had a washing machine and nice views of the city but you had to walk up a flight of stairs to reach level 11, and was a pain to lug luggage down when we had to check out early in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and helped with requests as needed. Asking for help and directions was never an issue and they went out of their way to ensure we knew what to see in Hanoi. Location was good, albeit down an ally which made it a bit difficult.

There was no laundry which is challenging when you need to wash given the weather is so warm. Bathroom was very dated and old with several broken components. Couch was very uncomfortable and the TV / Internet has considerable lag that meant it was hard to watch anything.
