We absolutely enjoyed our stay!!! Comfy beds, patio was wonderful, used the firepit and the grill!! Near everything you could ever need!!! Thank you!!! Would absolutely stay again!!!

This property was beautiful and comfortable — inside and out!! The house is stocked with everything you would need in a home away from home. The southwestern decor complete with a 30 foot plus gorgeous wall mural on the back fence make this property a joy to visit! The neighborhood was quiet. Just a short walk — with plenty of opportunities to see a roadrunner in the wild (NM’s State Bird) — from a city park with walking paths, a native plant garden, a playground, grass recreational fields and gorgeous city/ mountain views, Property hosts, Eloy and Jamie, were helpful, friendly, and quick to respond if needed. Grocery stores and other businesses were close by. I would definitely stay here again!

We have rented many VRBO properties, and this is absolutely one of the finest. It was immaculate inside and out. We especially enjoyed the patio and the beautiful murals on the courtyard wall. We would rent again in an instant. The owner of the property was terrific to deal with.

We traveled to Albuquerque for work meetings and saved a bit of money by renting a VRBO. The location was outstanding, the house was exactly as pictured, the communication by the owner was superb, the only downside was we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful backyard. Perhaps on our next trip!

Excellent host, great property. There was a problem with the AC upon arrival that the host immediately took care of. The neighborhood was safe and convenient.

Over all it was great, very clean. The only problem we had was the thermostat if you turn it up because cold it only lasted 46 minutes then back to 68 or 69 degrees very cold at night we had to rap ourselves in blankets.

Accommodations were not just comfortable, they were thoughtfully prepared. Examples: coffee in cabinet, soap in washrooms, laundry detergent in laundry room, mattresses & linens top quality, plenty of trash bags & paper goods,The outdoor living space was perfect! Spacious with fire pit, dining and nice grill. Perfect for a family gathering. Location great-mtn views, shopping

The pictures are very accurate. We enjoyed the backyard and the different sitting areas. Very easy to relax. Several good restaurants in the area. I recommend Pelicans for seafood.

i recently spent 5 days here with a girlfriend. Great space to share. Loved the outdoor area, spending several days in the yard, reading, relaxing, grilling and napping. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

We have a short family vacation in ABQ and Bearhouse was a perfect landing spot at the end of each day.

This house is in a great location and provides the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing and being on the go. The backyard is spectacular for hanging out when it's warm and the house itself is very cozy and has all the comforts required. Dealing with the property managers was so easy and they were very accommodating in a number of ways. Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Loved our stay in ABQ!!

House was very clean, nice supply of towels, TP, coffee, spices. Awesome, private backyard. Great for 2 couples. Short walk or drive to restaurants. Very close to Sandia Peak Tram. Property management couldn’t have been better. You will not be disappointed. We would definitely stay at that lovely home again.

The house was safe, with a courtyard area that encloses the yard & house. Convenient location for us. Everything was extremely clean. We had everything we needed, and the host was super helpful & informative.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Bearhouse! The house is very well set up. There was not anything tat we needed that was not there. Unfortunately the weather was such that we did not get to enjoy the back yard during our stay, but the space was very well set up and lovely. The location was great! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There were three of us and the space was totally adequate for that. We would definitely consider staying there again should we find ourselves back in Albuquerque.

Very nice property

We were extremely pleased with everything about this home and the communication with the owners! The location allows easy access to all parts of the city. The home itself is very well equipped and is warm and friendly. The owners were extremely responsive to our questions. We are figuring out when we can come back!

Was very impressed with the communication leading up to the visit and during our stay. Was by the far the best I have experienced doing these types of vacations. Super clean. Great outdoor space that we would have loved to use if it had been a bit warmer. Will stay here again when in ABQ.

Perfect get away

My family and I really enjoyed this clean and quiet property for our quick vacation. It was very welcoming and easy to use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Bearhouse was a very comfortable, relaxing place to stay. The host, Eloy Gonzalez, was very easy to contact and very responsive to our needs. As an added touch, we really enjoyed the Jessica Gonzalez mural on the back, side wall, especially with it being lit up at night. Beautiful added touch. We give this experience an A+ for sure.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The back yard is private. The property managers were easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We definitely would stay there again.

Totally recommend this place for business trackers. Sufficiently stocked with toiletries and kitchen items. I especially enjoyed the fresh ground coffee. Will stay again!

Great experience! The house and back yard have a good layout. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall our stay was wonderful. The house is very clean and well appointed. Communication was clear and timely. We really enjoyed the outdoor living space. The only downside for us was paying a fairly hefty cleaning fee then being asked to leave dishes in dishwasher washing, towels in washing machine washing, taking out all trash. Additionally we had to take out and bring in trash and recycling cans in trash day. Wouldn’t have minded it as much if we hadn’t had to pay an extra fee when we requested an 11am instead of 10am checkout.

What a delightful home! Clean, well-located, nicely furnished - but so artistically decorated! The patio area was lovely and the mural! Wow - gorgeous! I am a former New Mexican - and a retired teacher in the arts. This home spoke to me on many levels. Eloy was a gracious host; easy to reach and quick to respond to my questions (not about problems- there were none!). I would certainly stay here again.
