The location is excellent. Beside the beach and lots of restaurants. The apartment has a lovely view.

The bed mattresses need to be changed!! Not comfortable

but a bit too big now for us good value for a family of 4/5 but far too expens6mow for 2 pensioners.

Few problems with maintenance matters. It was a shame that help was only available during office hours as there is no reception here

checkin is lacking in communication. item left last time visited property. at check in this was told the item was in the office. prior to the visit we spent the following week at a different property, same checkin team. apparently the cleaner gave the item to the office. why did they not return it to me at La Chunga that week. when I got home I wrote to Smart Homes. No communication so I was amazed when the check in girl said the item was in the office. she said she would drop it into the apartment. we were there for 3 weeks and we still heard nothing. serious lack of communication and it is now a matter of principle because we have booked again for next year as we do love the apartment but was disappointed the checkin team could not communicate with us even if it was to say the items was no longer in the office. disappointment in commmunication is the issue here.
