Appartamento comodo, silenzioso, centrale, assolato, con balconcino vista oceano ed host super.
L'appartamento è essenziale ma ha tutto ciò che serve per passare una splendida vacanza ( frigo, lavatrice, divano, tostapane, materassi e cuscini nuovi ). E' situato in zona tranquilla, con servizio di portineria, a pochi passi dalla stazione dei bus, dai supermercati e dal centro di Los Cristianos e dalla spiaggia. Gode di una bella vista oceano dallo splendido balconcino assolato e riparato dal vento, dove dall'ora di pranzo fino al tramonto splende il sole. Punto di forza l' Host Nicola, italiano, sempre disponibile ma discreto e di gran cuore.
L' abbondante servizio di pentole, pur di qualità, è stato completamente rovinato e bruciato dagli ospiti che vi hanno soggiornato precedentemente. Fortunatamente qualcuna si è salvata dallo scempio ed è utilizzabile.

Exceptional.
lovely apartment very basic but everything you need. The location is central to everything and everywhere. The beds very comfortable and not much noise at night. slept very well. The views from both sides of the apartment are stunning. The host Nicola met us on our arrival and showed us around the apartment. Very nice host and courteous. The bar was good and prices very reasonable. The pool area spotlessly clean 3 lovely pools. Nice and peaceful. Love Los Christianos and stayed in residential twice now and this was much better than the last one. Did not mind paying for sun loungers 1 euro per person per day. It is great you do not need to reserve sunbeds at 6am as you do at hotels! Felt very safe in this complex at night as you have keys for the locked gates all the way round. Reception have cctv all around the complex too. we will be back for definite. Thank you Nicola we had a lovely week.
No parasol for hire at the pool area, no shade whatsoever in the afternoon so we bought 2 and left them there.

Exceptional
The location was excellent with a few minutes walk to Swedish school and Los Cristianos beach. The view from the balcony on 7th floor was amazing, we loved it. Our host Nicola was fantastic and provided us with needed things and also tips on where to go for a good meal.
The double bed was very hard and not very comfortable but the single beds were excellent.

Very good
The flat was on the 6th floor, offering a very good view over the ocean and harbour. It is located in walking proximity of a good choice of restaurants, clubs, local transportation and shopping. Los Cristianos beach is only 5 minutes away. The building benefits of a 24 hours reception, outdoor swimming pools and a small coffee shop.
The furniture, appliances and beds (including bedding and towels) are outdated. There is no AC and the LHS bedroom was quite noisy on some occasions.

Very disappointed
The location is excellent. If it wasnt for that the rating would not even be a 2 star. The private pool area is also very good. It was the actual apartment that was appalling. The host Nicola was also very helpful on the night of arrival when he collected us from the airport.That was his opportunity to tell us that we were going to an alternative apartment. He did not do this. Were taken to apartment number 82 (just for record incase anyone else gets this) It was the following morning we realised this was the advertised one. We called Nicoala who told us the original one was under repair. We also layer found out from reception that No 82 was not a regular rental. Very evident by the low standard - To name but a few ..... The toilet/shower room was filthy and a very strong smell of stale urine. Shower was held up by duct tap. Lights in the mirrored cabinet not working. Washing machine smelled of mildew. Bedrooms- linen quality was awful. Bedding very very worn and bobbly. Woukd have not have used the pillows in my dogs bed they were so old and basically knackered !! One of the bedrooms - total clutter of broken lamps, boxes, newspaper wrapped pictures, just basic clutter again - on top of the wardrobe. No room in the wardrobe due to excess of 'personal' belongings. Other room - paint hanging off the ceiling No change of bedding was apparent anywhere and we had to ask for extra towels. Kitchen - totally cluttered with lots of mis matched crockery and equipment. No kettle ! No hot water to do dishes. We found a cigarette end in one of the cupboards. Using the cooker caused the whole electric system to trip - had to reset everytime Electric trunking was hanging off the wall. Under the sink was absolutely filthy. No dressing table or mirrors in suitable location. We had to set up our own in the lounge where was the only place for plugs. All on all a very unpleasant place to stay.

STRATEGIC POSITION
Lovely apartment located close to the beach, different supermarkets and the bus station (5 minutes walk distance). The place was sufficiently cleaned and supplied with cleaned towels and bed sheets and everything you pretty much need in the kitchen. The guy in charge has been really helpful and very kind. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay in a lively area but at the same time, you want to travel and reach other places using the public transport.

Good
We lived in apt 119 at 8th floor. Great view from the apartment with an excellent location, close to the beach and a supermarket. The apartment contains essential utilities. The host, Nicola, was very friendly and responded quickly.
The apartment would benefit from an update.
