No hot water, WiFi was terrible (we stayed in beach huts with better) no desk, safe was broken, no sofa - all in the room description. Over charged for laundry

I like the pool it is Big and nice my Son is enjoying..

I stayed at the hotel as part of the mandatory quarantine when entering the Philippines, so, of course I did not have a chance to enjoy the nice facilities of the hotel as I was confined to my room for the 6 days of my stay while waiting for the Covid test results. However, I really appreciated the kind attention of everyone at the hotel to make the stay as comfortable as at all possible under the circumstances, for example Shaine from the front desk, Arah from Admin, Alvin, and the GM who personally drove me back to the airport at the end of my stay. I'll visit again ! Connie

It would be nice to expand the choice of TV channels available in the room.

The food was great.... the room is also nice...they have option for smokers and non-smokers. The Staff are accommodating, its not all Chinese as it used to be, mostly Filipinos speaking English or Vernacular。。。。got a promo price, but worth it even the regular price... Came as a regular Guest... got to try their Chinese Restaurant that serves authentic Chinese cuisine.... delicious food ...would love to try their KTV on my next visit, very elegant.... was not able to swim as it was raining during my stay... worth a try... could have stayed longer.... next time with some Company....

Wifi works and they allowed us to check out later. Breakfast is included but it does not exist

The place seemed so nice from the Booking pictures but it's fake. Nobody speaks English just Chinese. Everything smells to smoke: the shuttle, reception, the elevator... Employees are smoking everywhere, The place is careless, the room is so dirty. Is far from the airport and we found out later that it was a brothel full of prostitutes. An authentic nightmare! I do not recomend this place to anyone unless you were looking for female company.

Although they don't speak English staff was really polite and trying to help for everything.

Room was not soundproof, which is an issue when the hotel is next to a night club and a karaoke. Some cables were hanging from ceiling and room smelled of fresh concrete. Didn't get full refund of second night when asking to cancel after first night.. Breakfast was plain Chinese buns, plain rice porridge and boiled eggs, not really what is expected for the price.
