The absolutely perfect getaway - in a quiet residential area, with constant access to Ubers and taxis, a stone's throw from the beach, and walkable to shops. Equipped with everything you could need (including a juicer!), and full of amazing little touches that make the place so special and gorgeous. The host is also both kind and very responsive. Cannot recommend this place more.

The appartment is splendid and the decoration is great. It feels just like home. Well furnished, nothing missing. The location : walkable distance to beaches and a few steps away from a pool Quiet neighborhood, nice outdoor terrace The host was friendly and took the time to show us around the appartment

The apartment was adequately equipped and was in an excellent location, within a 15 minute walk to town. The beach and coastline were a mere 8 minute walk away. Parking was included, if you could find a spot nearby. Wifi was fast, as advertised.

This property would be good for short stays, not so much for longer stays. As mentioned in earlier reviews, the bathroom drains definitely need some attention. There was a constant odour of sewage emanating from within the bathroom. Only one person could shower before running out of hot water, and the tank took about an hour to reheat. I’m not sure if there was an issue with the tank or not, but the dial had tape covering it. It was bad timing for us apparently, as the pool house was under renovation and all chairs and umbrellas were packed away. There was also another Reno going on across from us, and there was constant hammering and drilling noises the whole month we were there. Apparently there was a water main break in the area that left us with no water for two of the last three days we were there. We actually had to go elsewhere to stay one night as you could not flush the toilets. I realize that the last two items mentioned were out of their control, but the host was well aware of the water situation and we actually had to request a refund for the two days that we had no water. The refund was agreed to however. Be aware that the TV has only three Portuguese channels, so if you’re stuck inside due to rain etc, and do not speak Portuguese, you better bring a few good books.

Very beautiful light appartement in a good location. The area is very quiet and you can walk to armaçao de pera. We liked it so much we booked it for another week.

The bed could be a bit more comfortable.
