Fantastic variety at breakfast buffet.

Bed was creaky, toilet leaked.

A beautiful property, fantastic location, and the staff are amazing. It was also really quiet. I’m not sure if it is always like this or we just stayed at a quiet time but there were rarely more than about 10 people around the pool, always plenty of sun lounges, and no lining up for breakfast or cooked to order eggs etc. Perfect for a relaxing couples getaway. Breakfast with a view of the beach and we enjoyed hopping over the road for a beach swim, or sunset drinks on the sand. We loved our stay and will not hesitate to book again.

A few minor niggles. The curtains and blinds in the junior suite we stayed in did not block out the light from the pathways etc outside which are lit all night so the room was not as dark as we would like. We didn’t seem to have hot water and in our shower. We did ask about this and they suggested to let it run for 5 mins to get hot which we tried but made no difference. We were mostly having quick showers straight after swimming in the pool each evening so ultimately weren’t bothered enough about it to follow up further. And the breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice given the small number of guests however the hot food did often seem to be not as hot as it could be. Overall these were minor things which did not overly detract from what was an extremely enjoyable stay

Location was central and beach was across the road. Pool was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

loved the breakfast, pool was excellent, very good water quality. All the staff were amazing, it is obvious to see you only employ genuine nice people. Location was great, once work is finished on the wall/footpath it will be even better.

Our room was 2nd floor. The room above we think had young children ,every morning about 5-6am, i was woken by the sound of feet running on the floor above and the harsh scraping of wooden furniture on the tile floor. I think at least wooden furniture legs could have felt or rubber protection on the feet to stop the noise at least. I understand the sound of feet running is unavoidable, although annoying when trying to sleep.

No OH and S. I fell half into and out of the pool because it is grey at the edge, a funny irregular shape and not well marked.

The toilet kept running the whole time.told cleaning staff every morning and would come back to room and the toilet had stopped running. But soon as it was flushed it would not stop again. So I would turn on and off at stop tap.

We loved the location and the helpful staff. Large suite.

The hotel requires some general maintenance in the suites. Also, there was an event during our stay so we were woken at 6.30am to loud music & loud speaker. Hotel management should have warned guests.

Service was 1st class, great food & location, staff are stella✨️

Going home

This hotel is so lovely. Extremely clean rooms ,gardens and restaurant . The staff are lovely. We loved Mini at the restaurant. Just gorgeous as are all the staff

The only problem was having a shower over the bath. Also the buffet being upstairs was a bit dangerous. Especially walking down to your table with your hands full

We loved our stay at Bali Niksoma, the rooms very clean and comfortable, the Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel is right on the beach and great location to lots of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back.
