Wonderful house, spacious rooms, state-of-the-art furniture and fittings, responsive staff, efficient washing machine, backup electricity, and a great kitchen with all the necessary utensils.

The plumbing system in the master bedroom was not working properly with water not flowing well after a shower. Additionally, the neighborhood is not so good and the road to this magnificent place is dirty and not suitable for small cars.

Very nice house and with top class finishings. Bariki was very helpful and always available. Indeed, he was a great host.

The location of the house is in the interior side of town and one has to go through some murram patch, which can a bit daunting at night. However, once you are in the house, you would safe as its well secured with electric fencing. The interior of the house is exceptional and worth experiencing.

Lovely stay We had the whole place to ourselves as there were no other guest. Amenities and facilities for the perfect home away from home

Location is a bit out U have to drive on a gravel road but not too bad

Our host was wonderful. Each night he stopped by to make sure things were ok and he also came with his helper in the morning with breakfast. The breakfast was amazing! Homemade juice, warm chapati, eggs and fruit... it was really nice. The location is off the beaten path deep in a neighborhood but it did feel very safe and we really enjoyed watching the kids and adults walk to school and work in the morning.

The biggest bummer was that the lights and therefore the water heater wasn't working in 2 of the rooms while we were there. We really needed those warm showers after a day of long hiking so that was pretty disappointing but, nothing we couldn't deal with and may just be a function of the rural location.

that the property felt like a real home.it was very clean, my family enjoyed the stay. And my children really enjoyed watching the cartoons, I would book with them again.

A spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom home in Arusha. Excellent value for money. A good place to rest before or after safari.

The location of the house is on a dirt road and was a little tricky to find. We didn't find any restaurants within walking distance of the property.

We spent one night in this house, located in the middle of nowhere but surprisingly, very nice. Great quality of material used in the house, private bathroom in each of the 3 bedroom and kitchen well equipped. Thanks to the team, for the preparation of the breakfast. Very nice stay !!

Perfect stay in Arusha - we stayed at Cape of Goodhope Vacation Home for the night before Safari and two nights after the Safari as well. The house is amazing!! And the host are even better! We will be back! Thank you very much for the great hospitality!
