The property is beautiful - Lovely garden and spacious rooms. The rooms have a classic tasteful style. The breakfast was great, lots of pastries, protein and fruit. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would certainly have extended my stay if I didn’t have to work.

I liked every thing. However may be good to note that the hotel conversion rates are wild, so if you can, make sure to have a strong currency for your bills.

My room was a bit dark and the music in the garden at times a bit too loud, but nothing that would deter me from staying there again.

Breakfast can be improved

There were drinking cups on the floor no garbage can. The weights were not on the rack. The rowing machine was not working and the chain was on top of it. While I was using the leg press, the cord snapped. Lucky I was not injured. Overall the gym needed to be maintained and cleaned. I was on a safari and needed the gym to stay fit and was disappointed. Besides that, the property was well maintained, staff super friendly and food was great.

The breakfast includes varieties (Cereal , cheese , pastries , eggs as per your request ), fresh juices , fruits , breads, skimmed milk and full milk , coffee , Tea. Staff was great , so friendly , helpful , trying to accommodate any request from the guest. WIFI was working very good , bed was comfortable , dinner was great

Nothing , everything was great , except the chair provided for the desk where I used to work , as it is was not comfortable

The only good things are the location and the staff trying to make up for mistakes. There are no objections to breakfast either

The hotel cheats on the quoted room size. In fact, the rooms are much smaller. No response from reception. I had to intervene in booking.com and found out that this was not the first time that had happened. After flying for hours, I had to fight for a couple of hours and was moved to another room at 1 am when I was already asleep! What is more,, the hotel has only 1 lift for about 4 people for 60-70 rooms. You are forever waiting for it, because the luggage goes the same elevator. According the hotel with this prices and quality is very bad experience.
