Amazing staff, great breakfast, lovely pool and outside area and only a minute from the beach. Good value for money.

As per the other reviews the rooms are noisy, there is very little sound insulation between rooms and the hard floors transmit the sound. Not much that can be done, carpet perhaps but possibly not feasible with the sand.

Nice location close to the beach. Great little spot with a pool in the courtyard. The restaurant serves breakfast. The rooms are clean and a good size. We would definitely recommend to our friends and we'd stay again!

This is my second time staying at Sugar’s Monkey. The staff is so friendly, the food is great, and the location couldn’t be better! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great location just a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool is great and has fun features (seats in the pool and a gradual slope in the shallow end great for kids). Inexpensive board rentals in the front office. Quiet while we were there and seemed great as a family friendly spot. Staff were very welcoming.

The AC stopped working on our second night which was a bummer. The cleaning products in the bathroom were strongly scented (not unusual for hotels, but hard for me as fragrance can be a migraine trigger).

The room was clean and spacious. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. They make the best pizzas. There are some really nice seating areas and a great pool! Great location literally 2 minutes from the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating and a big shout out to Luis who helped me with my excursions! Great hotel for surfers who want to ride the waves on the pacific coast

Excellent location 150 meters from Playa Grande. Very friendly staff and nice pool facilities.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
