pritty much nothing
that in hotel description was stated that brakefast is included but but brakefast was in fridge some take away products. for me brakefast mean warm food in the mornings not take away

Large desk area because they are student rooms with twin beds. Chairs are ok, although not very ergonomic.
No elevator, although parking in the quadrangle is allowed for 15 minutes to load and unload. The entrance was hard to find. It's on the EAST side of the large square building.

There is no noise insulation so you can hear everything going on, thus very noisy room if there are noisy guests

Booked room with shared bathroom, they changed it without any fee.

In june at 2 AM light get into room, no way to avoid it.
