I have stayed for over 10 days over the past 7 months or so. I always found the Hotel and Room comfortable and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is one of the best in terms of taste and spread.
Some discount for regulars would be appreciated. I have been staying from the COVID times and see the prices being increased. Some discount based on frequency or occupancy can be considered.

Proximity to the Railway station, centrally located in the market and good restaurant.
Lift not working on 7th Floor (cannot call) and no official email on the Hotel website.

Nice, clean and confortable hotel in central Chembur. Very good restaurant (with good food and beer !) in the building and very helpfull people. Very active area around with many shops restaurants train cabs etc
The train station just behind the hotel is creating noise, This is adding to the street noise and the usual air conditioning noise. Then Mumbai is very dense and busy so it is quite normal,
