Front office staff was welcoming and check in was smooth . Breakfast should have been better.

It is expensive for the price. Complimentary breakfast should have been better.

The staff and the cleanliness was top notch. The team of Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations. Akash at the front desk was very helpful and professional.

Lovely big room with comfy bed. Had everything we needed. Rooftop pool is fantastic. Executive room offers free drinks ( not cocktails as stated in booking.com site) for 2 hours in evening plus nibbles in executive lounge. All very nice. Bar on ground floor also really nice with singer in evening. Really good security

Location is great for airport but area around didn’t look so good so we didn’t venture out but as only 1 night stay it didn’t matter

The room was smelly. On top of that I had categorically asked for a quiet room, I was allotted the room almost next to the elevator? Please explain under what circumstance will the room next to the elevator be considered as "quiet"? I don't think anyone is even looking at our special requests? The mattress could also be much better, shower flooded the bathroom - the shower door does not close completely.........
