price is affordable, large room, ac is really good, comfortable bed, varying kind of light room

water heater on off, not really doing well small television, in another room television work in black screen (underperform) haven't bolster

the parking area is big

kebersihan, maintenance and customer service so bad. when I enter the room, I believe the bed cover hasn’t changed. the bathroom dirty and smelly. the room also dirty. I asked the guy to clean the bathroom and change the bed sheet, they clean bathroom with brushes no soap or anything at all. and only change thebed sheet. I dont know how long they have not change the bed cover for. no toilet paper etc.

The bed was good, the TV good also

The bathroom looks dirty, even there is a pack of used body wash ( ex ) in my new room.
