Cockroach everywhere. Bad smell in shower room. Airconditioning has a water leaking.

centralised location walking distance to mall and restaurants. close to SLEX and Skyway. Rooms are aged but clean and comfortable and staff are very polite.

You might be placed in a room with an old aircon that might not cool as well. Ask for a room with a new aircon.
