Pool and over all amenities

Host is not responsive and we had hard time checking in. We waited for a long time and the host is not answering the phone. It's such a hassle. NO WIFIIII AND NO SIGNAL!!!

spacious unit. complete basic household appliances.

no parking alloted for the unit. we had to scramble for space to park by the main rd , and move out before 6am. Mass parking in designated area not convenient and pay P10 per hour. we were bothered by admin about the unpaid electric bill of the unit and that it will be cut that day that we checked.in! we had to coordinate with unit owner.

easy check in and check out, clean room and sheets, ref working properly, clean bathroom, kitchen utensils are available

poor wifi connection and signal. hard to find a parking slot and rates varies which each guard on duty

1. the coordinator didn't inform us that the pool is not available. and this is the main reason why we rented a stsycation unit. 2. TV is not working 3. waste of money, coordinator should inform the guest ahead of time if there's any facility that is not working especially the pool, which is the no. 1 reason why people hired a unit for "staycation" for them to cancel or re-schedule.
