Booked for 4pax but the facilities given was for 2ppl only! Without pillow, without blanket , without towel…seriously?? Complaint to host but they choose to ignore.

All equipment and appliances were available in working condition.
There were no room services given. On request only 1 day service was provided. for the period of 11 days I was expecting at least alternative day room service. but we we e asked to pay 60 MYR for any additional room service requests.

The place was beautiful, very clean and fully equipped with anything we could possibly need for our stay. Location is very convenient too. Mr Sim was very helpful from the time before we booked until chk out. Thank you v much. Highly recommended.
