Maybe longer food hours & but more choices

We booked Cubanito for one night as we wanted a spot in San Antonio after a night at a club, but slightly away from the main area! It was perfect. The hotel is beautiful with really chic decor. Staff are excellent, though the poor receptionist was pretty rushed off her feet she never failed to deliver a smile. We were really impressed with how quiet the room was and the super comfy beds - to be honest it exceeded my expectations for San Antonio! We would definitely book here again. Also a short 10 minute walk up to Cala Gracioneta beach which is a lovely, quiet, secluded little cove.

Some of the clientele were a bit loud but there's not much you can do about that... to be expected for this town to be honest ;-)

Now, let's talk about the amazing dancing party on the roof and the DJ at the pool! I had an absolute blast dancing the night away to the infectious rhythms of Cuba. The party was electrifying, and the DJ knew exactly how to keep the energy high, and the crowd engaged. It was an unforgettable experience that added an extra layer of fun and excitement to my stay. Overall, my time at Cubanitos Hotel was nothing short of incredible. The combination of its fantastic style, pristine cleanliness, friendly staff, and the unforgettable dancing party made it a truly memorable experience. Loved the design and theme. staff were friendly. the rooftop bar was really cool. location was a good distance from the sunset strip.

pillows weren’t great. not a good dinner/breakfast option. more beds available around the pool.

The staff were fantastic going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The theme of the hotel is great and the communal spaces/ rooms match accordingly.

The only slight downfall is the hallways are echoey so you do hear people coming home late at night.

The rooms were not clean, very dirty floors & mirrors. Bins not emptied daily. Photoshoot happening at the hotel in the facilities making it hard to relax and enjoy them. Photography team asking hotel customers to move constantly so they could use the pool.

My work phone was stolen out room, I had to ask more than 4 times for cctv to be checked they said noone else had access to room other than the cleaner who had cleaned it that day! our safe was also not working and nothing was done for it to be replaced or batteries changed so we could use it. The staff didn’t care and the manager just said we are not liable for your things when they go missing. we wasn’t giving a working safe where our valuables could be kept safe. the phone and our passports where hidden and the phone still manage to be stolen from our room! I contacted the police but I had to go to the station to file a report and I didn’t have enough time before I had to leave to catch my flight.
