Cottage ambience

Was not clean, looks like was not used for long time, that how it smelled. Extra bed could have been a cot, not a mattress.

mooi verblijf, maar de foto's zijn hier daar wel bijgewerkt dan in werkelijk.

Het midden in de jungle zijn en van de natuur te kunnen genieten

de eerste nacht hadden ze ons in een huisje geplaatst, waarzo druk verkeer langs reed. We konden ne als de buren niet slapen.

Perfect om heerlijk tot rust te komen

Locatie buitenaf met fijn zwembad en prachtig uitzicht 😍 (2e locatie zonder kinderfaciliteiten)

Als niet houdt van hanen gekraai in de ochtend, gebruik oordopjes 😉

Erg mooie locatie, top zwembad met uitzicht. Als je een plek zoekt om even te relaxen buiten Yogya, is dit een heel goede spot. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En de badkamer buiten was fantastisch!

De locatie van de houten huisjes is erg mooi, maar een kilometer of 1/2 van de hoofdlocatie af. Bij de houten huisjes is geen restaurant aanwezig. Wel kun je eten bestellen en bij je huisje laten bezorgen, dus heel erg was het niet. En er is een shuttle busje om je naar het restaurant te brengen.

Nice villas, magnificent view and great hospitality.

Everything about Rajaklana is awesome and beyond expectation. The place, the staff, cleanliness and we were very honoured to meet the owner itself Pak Marlon which was kind enough to give us a tour of the villas and geographical history of Yogyakarta. Also not forgetting the sweet gesture of the packed lunch 'titipan' provided. Nothing but good thoughts and review for this place and highly recommended. We will definitely come back!

Never again

My experience at this hotel was far from relaxing. Despite booking a villa that was advertised as serene and tranquil, I was shocked to find that it was located right in the middle of a noisy children's playground. The constant noise and commotion completely ruined any hope of a peaceful getaway. The misrepresentation of the surroundings in the pictures is unforgivable, and I'm extremely disappointed. The staff doesn’t speak proper English as well. Since they were not able to come with a compensation, we decided to leave the property. I hope I will warn people from coming here!

Amazing setting with great infinity pool!

Amazing place, in super nice setting with great pool overlooking the forst plane underneath

Coping with the many roosters that are awaken by the sound of the Muezzins can be a bit painful.. sleeping after 4.30am is not that easy.. despite ear plugs. But clearly, still love the place!

Amazing staff, thank you

The staff is incredibly friendly, rooms are very clean and the view is amazing. Quick note the hotel has two areas 2km apart, one is with the restaurant, zoo and kids playground, the other is with the spa area and the swimming pool. Make sure to get rooms close to the swimming pool as the ones close to the kids playground are not quiet at all. The food from the restaurant is delicious.

A very nice experience for a few days

As far as you booked a suite, Rajaklana resort, the service is top. You will have a marvelous view over the jungle. As this resort has two sites, rajaklana resto and rajaklana resort, you will order your meals in time, because it will be delivered to you from rajaklana resto. The rooms are very luxurious.

The swimming-pool is not so comfortable. Dinner will be served in Rajaklana resto, an estafette(relays,courier) will bring you to it, 1 km. There on the top floor you will have an even better panorama view. You will be quite far from the city or any restaurant. Without car or scooter this could be a problem. Of course you can take a grap or Gojek. Into town it will cost you a minimum of 5 euro, half an hour drive.

Beautiful, hidden away and lovely staff

Beautiful views over the tree canopies Staff lovely and easy to communicate with via wattsapp Shuttle service to the restaurant 1k away very reliable Very clean Another lovely restaurant called Lotusmio near by Free bikes to use Grab taxis also near by

- We didn’t realise the restaurant and pictures of the bar stools over looking the trees were separate to the accommodation but the shuttle service was great and you can also order room service. - It’s quite loud because the wooden walls are thin so can hear lots of mosque chants and the nearby road. This wouldn’t stop us staying again though. - They were doing construction below the pool area but this wasn’t affecting during the weekend

secluded, well staffed local stay outside of city center.

Sweet and secluded hotel, about 30 minutes outside of city. staff is kind and attentive! Pool was lovely.

should be noted that the restaurant and the spa are not on site! they do have a free driver to take you there which is nice.

The staffs are very friendly, always ready and attentive to our needs, bedroom is so comfortable, mattress is so think, they even have hairdryer in the bathroom!! Hot water and cold water function. Pool is good and clean, the staff really taking good care of the garden. This resort is so far from civilization that you can hear goats and chickens everytime (that is because it is a private property) and owl singing next to your bedroom. The view is amazing! You can have your meal in front of your room while enjoying the sunset, really worth it.

The floor in the bathroom tickling my feet, feels so weird having such stone arrangements while thinking that it had never been scrub for a long time. Ants are main problem. Will attack you during your meal. Termites issues. Water pressure issue sometimes.

Chill and calm place

I like the atmosphere, in the middle of a village not far from the city, good if people want to stay away from the crowd. The bed was very comfortable. Staffs were all friendly.

Superb

It was nice to be in the nature with all the sounds of birds and insects. The view was also amazing. The service was very good and all so friendly. Recommended!

The outside toilet was nice but not our favorite thing 😉

A hidden gem in the countryside of Yogyakarta.

Beautiful resort surrounded by nature. Breakfast was tasty and delivered straight to our room/bungalouw. The service is outstanding, and the staff was going miles to help us with transportation, eg. to the restaurant and even dropping us to the Ramayana Ballet in Prambanan. Perfect place for a quiet getaway close to nature.

The location is quite deep in the countryside so it's probably best to bring your own vehicle if you want to get around during your stay.

everything...very nice location, staff were extra friendly...saw that we got in the pool late evening and came down to turn it back on and bring us towels.

Friendly and welcoming staff who looked after us well and were always available to help.

A little bit noisy during the daytime with construction work and motorbikes and lots of wildlife to contend with during the night which made it difficult to sleep.

The best service ever

I enjoyed my stay there a lot. The service at the restaurant & hotel was excellent . Humble people did their best to meet my expectations but in fact they exceeded them. I'mean planning to return there as soon as I can but maybe this time with some friends instead of solar 😊 Thank u so much Rajaklana teamy.
