This was the perfect house for our family get together. We are scattered throughout the country and this was a great central location. The home was cozy, well decorated, all of the kitchen items we needed, and all of the luxuries you would expect in a fancy hotel! The living room TV was huge! The owners were very patient with all of my questions, as this was the first time renting a home and they put some drinks in the refrigerator for us! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This was the perfect little place for me and my college roommates to reunite for a Tuscaloosa football weekend. The 3 of us brought our boyfriends and there was enough room for all 6 of us comfortably. The pictures on here honestly don't even do this little home justice! There is even a little back patio with a couch and chairs and a little fire table. It was so clean/ with drinks in the fridge! I can not say enough nice things! The hosts made is so easy and stress free. I would stay here every time I go back to Tuscaloosa- it's just a short car ride to campus and the river/restaurants. Definitely would recommend.

We recently stayed for weekend while moving in our son at UA. We are from NC so had no reference of areas or proximity and therefore had to rely solely on reviews, pictures and responses from Valentino. The house exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and clean... looked like fresh paint and updated fixtures. The pictures are very true... beautifully decorated and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and linens were updated and fresh. My husband is sports fanatic so the large flat screen in living room was an unexpected and huge hit! Also having TVs in master and larger guest room was a bonus for family of 4. We used the kitchen for several meals and the appliances were updated and kitchen very well stocked... various spices on hand to use and a few staple condiments in fridge available. Valentino had also stocked fridge with drinks. In terms of location, it is maybe 5-7 minute drive to heart of campus. Although you do have to drive through some industrial/depressed areas of Tuscaloosa to get to the neighborhood... don’t be fooled. Home is very well maintained and immediate neighborhood we felt comfortable- not to mention when you walk through front door you will see the beautiful interior. If I had to pick one improvement - it would be larger couch but seating was sufficient for our family. Lastly there is private backyard with very nice outdoor furniture and gas fire pit. It was rainy and muggy so we didn’t use but imagine it would be great spot to entertain and relax. Valentino was very responsive to my inquiries and checked a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

The house was immaculate, with a beautiful kitchen supplied with cupboards full of cookware and dishware needed to prepare meals for our group. The fridge was a big hit, with the shiny stainless steel and stocked with cold beverages. Every single bed was comfy, with plush bedding, including the trundle. Having two bathrooms was very helpful. The massive TV in the living room was fun, including the provided video games! We spent one evening doing a puzzle on the kitchen table while others played video games in the living room. And the privacy fenced back yard was perfect for our afternoon yoga session and our evening glass of wine on the cushy patio furniture with the table with fire in the middle! We even found a bowl of chocolates to munch on. Valentino, you are the best!

This home was just perfect for my husband and I visiting our daughter at Bama. The house itself is lovely, nicely decorated, incredibly comfortable and easy to find. The extra steps like the welcome sign on the front porch and the fresh bakery goods and drinks in the fridge were wonderful. These are things that I do not often find when I stay at various properties so it was really appreciated - others could learn from these hosts. Would absolutely recommend this home and the hosts.

The owners provided anything that you may need for a comfortable stay. I would stay there again.

While trying to run away from Hurricane Irma my family and I decided to use VRBO to find a place to stay. Upon arrival we were surprised at the quality of home we found. It was exceptionally clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The owners attention to detail was phenomenal. They thought of everything. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Beautiful, well maintained home - EVERYTHING so well stocked, clean and efficient. We've stayed at a lot of vacation homes but this one TRULY has been the BEST! We were greeted with a welcome sign with our names which not only helped us find the address ;) but also made us feel welcome from the start. The home itself had everything you would want or need. From the fully stocked kitchen - with a Keurig and various coffee pods & sodas in the refrigerator, to the large modern televisions - Smart Tv's :) , the cute backyard with table and grill to the open concept living room kitchen area! The Elmatti's were so HOSPITABLE. We had to change our travel dates and they were so quick to accommodate us. Communicating with them was easy and quick throughout our entire stay! The home is withing minutes of the UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Our family would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home!

Very charming and comfortable home. There were 4 of us that stayed in the house and we could not have been more comfortable. They covered every little detail you would hope for in a vacation rental. Bonus points for us all being able shower in the morning using both showers and not run out of hot water and every TV in the house was a smartTV, so it was great to all hangout after long days and pickup where we left off on our current Netflix series :) One of the 3 bedrooms has a desk as well as a printer, which was huge for my daughter who had to spend a few hours studying. We will definitely try and book our next Tuscaloosa visit at this home.
