The access from Nippori station is good. We are a family with 4 members. We can stay in one room. ( we didn’t need to have 2 twin rooms.)

Because it is too close to railways, during the night we heard a lot of train passed through.

スタッフの方たちは皆さん丁寧でした。 部屋も無料でアップグレードしてくださり広い部屋を案内していただけました。 電子レンジがあったりアイスをいただけたり、アメニティで化粧水やメイク落としなどもありとても良かったです。

部屋の中まで電車の音がかなり聞こえてきて、早朝など電車の音で起こされてゆっくり寝られなかったのが残念でした。耳栓をアメニティで用意していただいてましたが、普段着けてないので就寝中無意識に外してしまって意味はありませんでした。

满意的是位置，离车站很近。有许多额外的用品，比如免费的北海道牛乳冰棒，洗漱用品，卸妆水，护肤品等等。

部分房间离电车轨道很近，特别打扰睡眠，我一开始住在601，早晨七点多就被吵醒了，后来换到了206，才安静了许多。如果可能的话，大家尽量住在二楼和三楼，封闭空间，更加安静。

豪華四人房空間大，有榻榻米的地方；有提供免費的牛奶冰棒（一人一泊一支），免費的咖啡與飲用水；櫃檯有說中文的服務員，熱情親切；有免費租借的玩具，適合有小孩的家庭；西日暮里車站步行2分鐘就可以抵達，很方便，而且路上還有好吃的拉麵店

Room was too small. Almost no place between the single beds. Bathroom was also tiny. No restaurant or breakfast facilities. Hotel lounge is so small that you will not want to spend any time there.

The location was amazing, 3-5 mins walking to Nishinippori station. There’s AEON convenience store next door & 7/11 in 200meters. There are lots of restaurant nearby & also, there’s one halal restaurant in 350ish meters (toward Nippori station). The staff was nice & helpful, and there’s lot of free amenities in the lobby (also, ice cream!!).

We stay here for 1 night and another 2 nights (2 booking ID, because we checkout for 1 day to travel outside tokyo in-between). We booked the same type of room for both reservations, but our room for the 1st booking was much bigger than our 2nd booking. But compared to other hotel in similar price, it’s still considered spacious!

Even I didn't give it 10/10 but my husband and I agreed that we will stay here again if we go to Tokyo again. Location and comfort are super! It locates few minutes (3-4mins) walking to 2 JR lines and metro line, with this price, you cannot find better! It's not close to Shinjuku/Shibuya (around 35-40mins by train) but it is very close to Ueno and around. Also, the room size is typical in Tokyo but we managed to stay comfortably with 1 small child (4 y/o) and 3 big luggages. The hotel gave us a feeling of homey somehow.

As other reviews about the noise, yes it does loud but to me, who is very hard to sleep, I wasn't bothered by that. I got used to it in few days and later days, I got so tired from walking/travelling so I slept without any problem. There was also toilet smell which I dont like the most about the hotel but it was not a big deal if you compare with the price and location.

キレイだがユニットバス。 線路が近く、快特が止まらない駅なので電車の音が気になる（アメニティに耳栓があるのでそれで良ければましになる） 2連泊だったので、メイクアップをしてもらったが、シーツは変えないで、整えるだけでした。 部屋にグラスがない テレビの灯り（ふちの下側に白くひかる部分）が完全に消せないので、夜眩しい。 マンションのリノベーション物件なので、外廊下が寒い

電車の音が眠れないほどうるさい。深夜1時まで、朝は5時から。 部屋の水まわりから不快な臭いがする。 清掃が行き届いていなく不潔。前のお客様の食べ残しの菓子が引き出しの中にあった。

O hotel nos atendeu muito bem. Quarto confortável e bom atendimento dos funcionários. Infelizmente não servem café da manhã, mas dispõe de máquina de café, servido gratuitamente, na recepção. Perto do hotel há um pequeno mercado, cafeterias e loja da 7 Eleven, onde compramos lanchinho para o café da manhã. Um ponto positivo do hotel é a sua proximidade com a Estação de Nishi-Nippori, facilitando o deslocamento de trem pela cidade.

Mas, deixo uma sugestão: Nos quartos que possuem sacada, recomendo que seja corrigido o nível do piso, pois logo que vc abre a porta para ir para a sacada, existe um degrau que pode ocasionar quedas.

The hotel is good, clean, location 5mins by walking from JR Nishi-Nippori station very easy to travel around Tokyo. The staff is good in english and helpful. We sent our luggages from the Narita airport to the hotel in advance 10days before our check in date. They have milk ice cream for free at the lobby, it’s so delicious. I love it.

The room closed the train station so if you stay outside the room you will hear the train voice is very loud but for our family when we’re in the room still hear the train but it’s not problem for us to sleep even our son 6years old can sleep very well too.

酒店是民居改成的酒店，非常典型的一户房型! 房间间距真的太近了虽然有阳台但是不能拉开窗帘 紧邻施工工地，卫生间消毒水味道太重了！
