Great location. Quiet street but only 10 minutes walk to the Alstadt and good connections to public transport close by. Handy for the airport bus service. The apartment was spacious and light and in a lovely old building in a pleasant neighbourhood. Beds and linen were good quality. Supermarket just across the road and there was plenty of equipment for self catering. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The entrance to the bathroom is through the kitchen which is a bit odd. It would be better if there was a handbasin in the separate WC because you have to go through the kitchen to the bathroom to wash your hands after using it. The windows and doors were a bit aged and the wood parquet floors especially in the hallway are very creaky. But this is normal for such an old villa and did not spoil our stay.

Loved the location: short walk through an interesting tunnel into the heart of the old city, yet property location was quiet with a grocery store less than a block away. Being close to several bus lines was also very handy. Fantastic!

The combination washer/dryer (although common in Europe) didn't dry well. Ended up spending 30 min on you tube trying to understand the controls. Having some instructions would be nice and drying racks would be appreciated since there is plenty of space for them. Finally, and this is an architectural suggestion, adding a very small hand wash sink to the WC would be really nice. Strange to have to go through the kitchen to get to the sink.

Please have white towels both face and body. Just not a fan of using any other colour linen or towels

Apartment was charming, comfortable and in an excellen location. Hosts had excellent communication and were very responsive to questions or needs. Laundry and nespresso machine were thoughtful and appreciated additions to the apartment. It's worth noting, while there my daughter dropped a piece of jewelry down the bathroom sink She was crushed as it was pretty sentimental to her. I texted our host (Sasha) and he went over while we were out sightseeing, retrieved the charm and texted me that he got it. How nice is that? We really appreciated this level of hospitality! Excellent hosts!

A little more furniture for sitting on in living room would be lovely. Hard for all four of us to be in there together with the current arrangement.

Apartment in a great location very close to the old town with some Restaurants close by. 5 to 10 mins walking to the old town but buses also available close to take you to main train station or airport. Parking spot available if required. Very comfortable stay with everything you need and hosts very quick to respond to messages. Definitely recommend to book if staying in Salzburg.
