This house was very comfortable. There is nothing extravagant about it but everything was as advertised. I booked it literally about 20 hours before our stay and everything took about 5 minutes. Nice location. We were there in the fall. It was a quiet area with many other vacation homes. I'm betting the community pool is outstanding in the summer. It looked very nice, clean and tidy. Golf cart rentals right on sight is a huge bonus. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property was just as pictured! Great location and island club cab service was great. Bringing our own towels and sheets was a slight pain, but not a huge deal. Sliding doors didn’t lock and they had stoppers in place instead - only thing we really didn’t like about the listing.

When we first went into the home the first thing we noticed is that it was nothing like the pictures. There were virtually no decorations just the nails from where they used to hang. Tape and spots of ripped paint and paneling from previous guests using tape. The living room light fixtures were broken and several others missing their globes. We then set our stuff down and noticed the filth. It was extremely dirty. We found trash in one of the beds. Rings around the sinks and shower. Dirt piled around the corners and floor. Mattress covers were stained and dirty. The couch had a broken back. And to make things worse we had mouse dropping around fridge, trash and ON the countertop.
We then noticed the fridge had broken drawers and shelving and the freezer had no handle at all. The master bathroom shower head was hanging out of wall with hole around it. The first night the air conditioner froze. When checking filter it was completely packed with dirt.
We called the property manager and she came out to the house. We told her several of our issues. She said she would talk to manager and call us back. We never received a phone call. The next day one of the workers knocked on our door. Asked if everything was better since they came back to clean while we were out of the house. We said no as there was still dirt all over floor and mouse dropping on counter. He argued with us that he personally cleaned it and there was nothing there when he cleaned. We had pictures of it and either they had more mice that happened to go in same spot or they didn’t actually clean. He was sent to offer us some minimal money back. We decided to wait and discuss with manager on next business day. He came back and cleaned the one counter spot. I hope the actual owner reads this as most of them are privately owned and managed by Island Club and their home is in shambles.

We have been coming to PIB yearly for the last 15 yrs. We enjoy an adult weekend away and PIB has been the perfect spot for that. We are perfectly aware that prices are higher, it’s a party town and that is ok with us. We have stayed in houses, condos, hotel rooms. This has by far been the worst place we have ever stayed. Everything was great but I found used underwear in the bed and there’s a giant mouse in the house lol. But other that that the place was awesome and the location was perfect.

We always felt safe and comfortable. the lodging was great, beds were comfortable. Looking forward to going back next year.

Everyone enjoyed the condo. Only down side was that the fridge was damaged along with the living room light fixture and the sofa

Spacious, beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked. 1 comforter was missing. No stoppers in the sinks. No tank in the grill.

While we loved our trip to the island this house needs a lot of work. There were several broken fixtures (light, tub, shower, door handle to freezer), and in all honesty the place was so dirty. Our feet were black from the carpet. This wouldn’t have bothered me as much if we didn’t have a toddler scrubbing around on the floor. His hands and feet were always dirty looking. Also the blankets and mattresses just looked dingy. We had to wash the blankets before we felt comfortable using them. Everything just looked unloved which was so far from how it appeared in the pictures I think we were all just a little thrown off. It was wonderful to be able to cook our own meals though and we still did have a great time. The pool was very nice.
