This condo was lovely! Right on the beach, close to everything, so clean and inviting for my family. We had a wonderful week here! The only thing I noticed was that people who were not staying in one of the 8 condo units , were at the pool... it is not a large area and I wasn’t sure why they were using the pool and area. Happened a few times. Couldn’t imagine how it would be during a busy “spring break” type week. Other than that, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend!

Liked the unit have stayed hear several years in arrow. Roomy and clean, nice to be ocean front with the pool. Disappointed that the fridge was broken and other things in disrepair such as toilets. For the money, expected more, especially with a broken fridge and ice maker which is key to the stay.

The Beach Club was amazing the location was great indoor parking was convenient.The unit was very clean the linens and bedding were pristine.The kitchen was stocked with high-end amenities.Also there was a wonderful view of the ocean and the sunsets were amazing.We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach. Looking forward to our next visit at the BBC.

This condo is great! Easy access to everything, including those beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend this place. The management staff was super helpful with the minor issues we had. (Lack of beach chairs - not anymore! And no hot pads in the unit). Solved the problem within 24 hours.

BBC D is located directly on the beach with a perfect view of the sunset from the Lanai. We found the condo to be clean and well equipped with plenty of beach towels, bath towels, pillows, etc...The couch is now a sectional with new coffee table and end tables, new bar stools and new furniture in the lanai to seat 8. The master bed was very comfortable. My sister and her husband stayed in the room with 2 twins. She said they were very hard and uncomfortable and we wished they could’ve been put together to make a king. They’re probably fine for kids. They also would’ve liked it if the bathrooms had locks on the jack and jill bathroom doors. The two sliding glass doors also need some work as far as locks. Same goes for the Lanai door which is to be expected due to being directly on the beach.I loved the condo and the location and the property management company was very accommodating. I was so sad to leave our little slice of paradise...

We've stayed at BBC for years, and boy has the property maintenance deteriorated. A dead lizard was a reminder that in two weeks, none of the interior halls had been cleaned. Rats chewed through the screens to our lanai and entered the house. Rat droppings on the exterior beach side stairs and on the lanai when we arrived. Our unit was comfortable but showed it's age and lack of upkeep. The kitchen faucet was faulty, and all the tile floors needed a good grout cleaning. Rental management very responsive and I would recommend them, but this property is no longer % star and able to command this outrageous year to year price increases.

The condo was a perfect place to unwind. Conveniently located steps from the beach and the pool. The property mgmt team are always available through their apps and text communication. We never need to use it; however, they are on top of reaching out to you. Condo was super clean and had most items available. Possible suggestions, better beach chairs and sturdier umbrellas, and more beach games. But these items can also just be bought down the street. We were just lazy and the sun, sand and waves was enough for us. Enjoyed Unit D!

Location Location Location. The location of this condo is second to none. You have your own pool down one flight of stairs, and the beach couldn't be any closer. We have young kids and this was super idea. The rental company was good to work with. We submitted some maintenance requests and they were out super quickly, even on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. The downsides to this unit are that it is outdated and needs some TLC. Examples: broken blinds, no curtains (bright bedrooms), curtain rods falling off, sliding glass door hard to open, really old couch, broken/missing floor molding, etc. Simply put, the rental agency does a great job keeping it clean but it needs some renovation-type work to bring it up to par. It's not junky it's just outdated and needs some love. You are paying for location here and an above average place to stay, but you will not be blown away by how modern or well kept the unit is. I would still stay here again because the location is just that good and the unit was still pretty good! I hope the owner puts a little money into the place to spruce it up.

First time to Bradenton Beach but not the last
Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 infants. Location was as advertised, very short walk to the beach. Unit is well furnished and clean. Overall property is well maintained and up to date. Only request would be to replace the living room furniture.

The access to the beach and the pool was amazing. Just steps to both and we loved it. The rental was clean and kitchen well stocked however several other issues with the rental. Had to fight for lounge chairs at the pool. Lots of them stacked up but all broken. Beach had limited lounge chairs as well. Sliding doors in master would not open. Several other issues that we called about and were fixed for us. We do lots of rentals and I have never complained but I would say beware on this one until they get a few things fixed here.

Upon arrival, we could not get the door open with the keyless code that we were given. The light at the entry way was not working so trying the navigate the issues with the door made it even more frustrating. The gal on call was pleasant and dropped off a set of keys but that took an hour. The next morning the maintenance man came by and stated that the door has to be "jiggled" to be able to open it so it obviously is a known problem for the unit. We stayed here the year before and found that the same blinds in the front room and the living room had not been fixed. The pull out bed did not have a set of sheets nor did the unit have any extra blankets other than the down comforters on the beds. The living room hasn't been cleaned in the last year and was smelly and damp. I suggest a ruggable of something that can be machine washed. The front sliding door had a broken latch and the one side would lock. The maintenance man fixed it. Another night we went out and we were locked out of unit for 2 hours with an exhausted 4 year old. The front door lock mechanism again didn't open. The shared bathroom sink handle comes off. It would be nice if a few laundry pods were left with the unit as to not have to buy a whole pack. Considering the cost of staying here for a week I do not plan on coming back unless the unit's issues are addressed.

This property was in a perfect location! Walkable to the shops on Bridge Street and right on the beach. The unit itself was starting to show some signs of wear - refrigerator made loud noise when opened, screen was ripped, outdoor furniture was rusted, patio door from master bedroom didn't open. Overall the unit was very clean and had everything we needed - could just use some TLC to keep in tip top shape.

The condo was nice. Right on the beach with beautiful views. Very clean and could see it had been disinfected for Covid-19. Kitchen had everything needed. The frying pan was bent and a little hard to cook evenly but we made it work. Chairs for the beach were provided but they had seen better days. We added a couple to the collection. All other furniture was in great condition. Overall we would recommend and would stay here again.

This condo has amazing views and is a fabulous location but could use just a tiny bit more TLC. Honestly, it wouldn't require much--a few sharp knifes, a few doormats to catch sand from trapping through the condo, better mattresses...You could tell this place was bought to rent and I just feel a bit more thought could have been put in to make it really special since the location on the beach is so great.

Rental experience was good. No garage door opener upon arrival but management company got it to us pretty quickly. Condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Only downside was WiFi wasn't very good- which could actually be an upside!

Upon arrival, we could not get the door open with the keyless code that we were given. The light at the entry way was not working so trying the navigate the issues with the door made it even more frustrating. The gal on call was pleasant and dropped off a set of keys but that took an hour. The next morning the maintenance man came by and stated that the door has to be "jiggled" to be able to open it so it obviously is a known problem for the unit. We stayed here the year before and found that the same blinds in the front room and the living room had not been fixed. The pull out bed did not have a set of sheets nor did the unit have any extra blankets other than the down comforters on the beds. The living room hasn't been cleaned in the last year and was smelly and damp. I suggest a ruggable of something that can be machine washed. The front sliding door had a broken latch and the one side would lock. The maintenance man fixed it. Another night we went out and we were locked out of unit for 2 hours with an exhausted 4 year old. The front door lock mechanism again didn't open. The shared bathroom sink handle comes off. It would be nice if a few laundry pods were left with the unit as to not have to buy a whole pack. Considering the cost of staying here for a week I do not plan on coming back unless the unit's issues are addressed.
