My family (husband, two teen daughters and I - along with our dog) had an amazing time at this rental property. Not only was the property itself perfect for our family (plenty of room inside and out including a fenced in back yard for our pet) but it was also in the ideal location - short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. It was also well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home in St Augustine!

This host’s VRBO was the best one yet! The host is very responsive and personable. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We had an issue with a toilet and the host responded in person with a fix within the hour. Loved the balcony and dogs loved it too! There are many options for food, the beach, and dog friendly areas within walking distance. Was relaxing! Will stay again!

I have stayed with this property owner multiple times at a couple of her listings. This home was just as amazing. Lisa should give all other owners lessons! Everything is perfect. She communicates quickly, her home is immaculate and very well STOCKED with all toiletries, kitchen necessities (like spices, coffee, filters, olive oil, pans) beach chairs, beach towels, everything one would need to stay. And if all that isn’t enough, she allows dogs! I have found that St Augustine is the most dog friendly beach in Florida. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her properties. But book early, cause she has repeat renters -like me!

The location is perfect; just a short walk from the beach. It's also walking distance to a number of eating places and short driving distance to all that St. Augustine has to offer. The house feels brand-new and was very clean. The garage made it perfect, allowing our car to stay out of the hot sun and stormy thunderstorms. The house is well stocked, especially with small things like TP, soap, towels, etc. We loved it!

Our second visit to this property with our adult children and our pups. We had a great visit last year and returned this year to find updates to the already fantastic property. A new driveway, a new privacy wall beside the house next door and a bigger, comfier sectional sofa with room for all six of us. We love this place and hope to visit again! Thanks for another great vacation!

The vacation rental property was great. Location was excellent. The beach was an easy walk form the house. The lay out of the house is really nice. The back yard is secluded and very comfortable. I give it a 10.

I rented this wonderful house for my family visiting from out of state. It can be a little worrisome to rent based on only photos and reviews, but this did not disappoint in any way. Everyone of the group staying there could not have been more pleased. They loved everything, from the decor to the location to how well it was equipped and stocked to the cleanliness to the gracious and helpful Property Manager. If I could climb stairs, next time I would rent it for myself.

it was clean, everything worked, great location. loved the beach cart with all we needed, chairs, towels, umbrella.
walking distance to so many great resturants. there was a grill and fire pit and nice outside table. highly recommend this house for a family vaca.

This was one of the best properties that we have stayed at in St. Augustine before. We will rent this place again in the future. It was super clean and very open and spacious inside. Plenty of room for my family of 4. Master upstairs and 2 kids rooms downstairs was a great set up for us. Fully stocked kitchen. Great front balcony for morning coffee and a beautiful and private back patio area which we enjoyed and took some lovely family photos on. Owner was very easy to work with. This location is fantastic as well, right behind our favorite taco shop but don't worry it isn't noisy.

My sister and I and our 2 pups had a wonderful holiday week here. The house was beautiful and very clean - a great location with the beach just 1 block away, downtown a short drive and plenty of great cafes and restaurants all around. The hosts were very thoughtful and provided everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week. Highly recommended!

The pictures do not do this property justice! The home is in a perfect location that’s walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The backyard is shaded and has a large table, firepit, grill, and outside shower with hot and cold running water. The inside is spacious with a sweet porch off of the living room. All of the rooms were very nice with comfortable beds, and very nice linens. The kitchen had everything we needed from an All-Clad Steam-pot to wine glasses. There was shampoo, soap, beautiful large shower in the master, and a huge master closet, with extra linens and towels. There were dog bowls for the pup and even a ball for her to chase. The house was decorated nicely and it was spotless! We highly recommend Lisa and Tony’s home! They were fabulous hosts and we look forward to staying in their beautiful hoe again!

This wonderful house was truly a home away from home. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were great places to hang out after a long day at the beach. All the amenities to include the beach gear were in tip top shape. Great central location for restaurants, grocery stores and historic downtown. We will definitely come back. Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. So close to the beach and restaurants, we enjoyed walking our dogs everywhere with us. We would definitely stay here again if in the area, highly recommend Lisa’s property. :)

I give this place a rating of 5. The only bummer of our stay was the description said there was a Keurig on site but we could not find it anywhere. Tried to contact the owner about it but they never got back to me. Still, not a major deal and we would definitely stay there again!

I stayed here with my cousins and our partners and the place was just what we needed. The house is well-equipped with all everything you need - tons of towels, shampoo and conditioner, and fully stocked kitchen. The proximity to the beach (and tacos!) was the highlight! Fantastic stay at 1st Street Retreat in St. Aug Beach! Location, location, location. In the thick of it with a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and surf shops, but it's quiet. Even walked to Publix, about 20 minutes.
The home is lovely, hardwood floors throughout make for easy living, dinner table for 6 and even a desk for work (boo!). The porch was my absolute favorite spot in the house. Owners are friendly and kind and we appreciate them having us. Thank you!

There were beach chairs, and an umbrella as well as a mat and other beach essentials which was so convenient to have and not worry about bringing your own. The beach is very beautiful and peaceful. 1st St Beach Retreat was SWEET!
We met our adult children for a week of relaxation with our two fur-babies. The house was just perfect. Check in/check out was a breeze. Lisa was out to say hello at check in, Tony stopped by to check the trash and blow the patio leaves away mid week. Having them across the street meant that if we had an issue (which of course we didn’t because everything is so well maintained) was super nice. We enjoyed watching their adorable beagle bark a greeting at our puppers as we wandered down the street to the park or ocean. The house had everything we could possibly need and the outdoor space was beautiful! Our pups loved playing in the fenced shady back courtyard or keeping an eye out for all the action on the street from the upstairs porch. The beach is a short walk and the variety in close places to grab a bite to eat or a dessert made moving our vehicles hardly necessary. This is our second trip to St Augustine and we still have more we want to come back and see and we plan to revisit this sweet retreat.
Thanks for making our vacation so perfect. The pups send a bark of appreciation as well for being allowed to come along with their humans.
