We loved the space, with all the furnishings, great kitchen and loved the view from our balcony. My kids loved the pools and the splash pad.

It was high up and the view was awesome.

I paid for a three bathroom, 2 bedroom and I got 2 bathrooms. The shower handles for the temperature hangs in the water wasn’t working properly. The bed frame was broken.

Awesome space and view. The amenities were outstanding, and my grandson enjoyed them all.

There's nothing I didn't like. We always enjoy our stay.

I am an 8th grade teacher and single father and booked this trip so we could enjoy a stress free and relaxing time off to recharge our batteries and the opposite was our reality. I consider this a 100percent, complete loss off money and our time. There was major construction going on from early morning to the afternoon from suspended catwalks next to my unit. This was very loud and actually vibrated your body. It made it impossible to sleep in or to enjoy the balcony. Fine powder from the construction covered everything outside. I found it ironic that the workers on the moving scaffolding had on air filter masks, while us on a supposed relaxing vacation, where left to breath the fine particles. I am still coughing up particles. If I would have known that this was the case, then I would not have rented this unit, These Major, Vacation ruining repairs should have been mentioned. I cannot believe this was not published and I will not be doing business with Hosteeva again because of the omission of these details.

The location on the beach.

The furniture was worn out and need to be replaced. The sofa was dirty and you could fell the springs where you set on it. The master bed the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Location was the best part of our stay. Check-in/check-out was very easy, as to your directions.

Overall condition of the unit. Kitchen counter tops need to be replaced in fact the whole kitchen needs to be gutted and updated. The close dryer vent is stopped up and will not dry unless you dry for 3 hours for 3 towels. I had to unstop the master bedroom sink. This unit is in bad shape and is not worth the price me paid. I will never book with Hosteeva again. Could not get an extra dishwasher cleaning tab or washer detergent. I was told that Hosteeva did not have extra supplies for guest. If this is the kind of units and support that guest can expect I would suggest the HOA update their standards.

Very nice place

Hosteeva was mostly responsive to our needs and pleasant to work with; the complex/condo is in an excellent location with several eating places and a Publix and two Walmarts within easy driving distance; outstanding views of the beach plus a short walk to get to it.

The condo was in serious need of maintenance: the main TV was missing a remote so we could not tune channels, bedroom No. 2's TV was not hooked up and a partially eaten cookie was found behind it, bedroom no. 2's closet door was hanging by only one hinge, the bathroom sink faucet constantly dripped and the toilet ran at various intervals; the bed in the master bedroom was slanted, indicating faulty supports; the HVAC filter was filthy. The cleaning crew therefore should have done a better job. There is a l-o-n-g walk to the condo from the elevators, which will be difficult for those who have difficulty walking like me. But that also means the condo is away from the noise of elevators.
