В данном объекте размещения нам ничего не понравилось.

Данный объект размещения полностью не соответствует размещенным фотографиям. Это скорей напоминаем общежитие коридорного типа. У нас был номер 217. Это была маленькая комната , ужасно прокуреная и грязная. Из удобств , крошечный туалет и там же душ. Каким образом принимать там душ для меня осталось загадкой. Управляющий данным объектом тут же запросил сумму превышающию ,что была заявлена в прайсе. Мы с женой отказались проживать в данном месте и стали думать о переезде в другой отель. Управляющий понял наши намерения схватил деньги,которые лежали на столе и скрылся на самокате. На мои звонки с просьбой о возврате денег хамил и заявил,что согласно политике Booking деньги не возвращаются,хотя в правилах указано,что может взыматься какая то сумма в виде неустойки , остальные деньги возвращаются. Проживать в данном месте я с женой не стали.По данному факту хищения я обратился в полицию и службу поддержки Booking. В результате Booking мне вернул десятую часть от затраченной суммы. Данный объект не может быть рекомендован к проживанию и размещению на ресурсе Booking, поскольку опасен для здоровья и имущества проживающих в нем людей.

Safe. Would come back again for a short stay.

Easily accessible and close to stores, places to eat and highways etc. The managing agent was exceptional. He is Informative, quick to respond and follow through. Halls and stairs are cleaned daily. Excellent water pressure and good air conditioning. Fair price. Safe.

The beds are very low, just inches from the ground which is uncomfortable. The towels are thin and the pillows are small.

Perfect location!

The location was perfect close to all the shops and bars, It was also very close the buses and public transport. Self-check in was very convenient since we were not sure what time exactly we will be arriving.

During our three-day stay there was no hot water despite turning on the water heater.

Exceptional

Just the shades if they were thicker that would have been great. Couldn't sleep in the morning because of sunlight entering room through the very much big window

There were cockroaches in the house and the pictures are fake from what I saw online.

Terrible bathroom/shower. Good location.

Location was good. Close to the train station and plenty of bars and restaurants.

The bed was broken. Tiny shower with the toilet basically inside the shower. Zero space. No extractor fan, so mould is everywhere.

Excelent localization

Localization is perfect, has a market in front, cofee shops, restaurant, many buses lines, one street to principal street of the city, has exchance cambio in 100 meters. Perfect.

Is diffidult to hot the shower. You need to program the timer to do that The first two days a take cold shower. Afther that, I understand how to program the timer and coud take I good bath. The owners should guide the guests on how the system works

the location is good, in downtown and a big supermarket is just nearby. Netflix is available! Next to center train station is convenient for sightseeing.

When checkout, we are Required to take the garbage out of the building and throw it into the bins crossed the road. Only 3 coffee capsules provided for 3 nights 2 persons!

Nice, can recomend

Realy nice place! Good interior design, convinient furniture, nice view from window. Good WI-FI, we could watch films and play genshin impact. Supermarket and metro and train station near house. Good equipment, even coffee machine! Water was hot. Elevator. I would be happy if I will live in apartment like that for a long time. First time we had an issue to find an entrance door, but we call to master and he helped quickly. There is loundary near house - 15 NIS for washing clothes and 20 NIS for drying

Very good

The location was great! The shower and mattress were really nice.

The furniture was in poor shape, the bed had screws coming out from the sides, and I got a nasty bloody scratch from it.

The location was great. There is supermarket just across the street.

There are only barstools in the apartment. It was uncomfortable to work on my computer for the whole day.

it was a peaceful one though

the property is secured, it is in the safe location but it is not value for money because it is not so clean. there were small cockroaches I found in the cupboard. I found the door handle broken. there were no broom and mop to clean the room.

Disappointing

Not very much except it has a lift. You should put in your advertisements whether there are lifts. We are over 80 years of age and 4 places we booked had 4 flights of stairs. Surely this should go with the advertising when booking. We were told by one of the hosts you purposely do not do this so you get the booking. He was really nice and told us we could cancel free of charge but he carried our cases up for us and also took us to the station

The first room was disgusting It was not the way it was advertised.We changed rooms but there was a leak in the toilet and it was not very clean. It was not the way it was advertised. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Good and well priced in convenient location

Convenient close to train, bus and Carmelit. paris square is nice with lots of restaurants. Communication with owner goes fast, if you need something.

Shabby furniture. No place to dry towels or laundry. A broom would have been nice to keep it clean ourselves.
