Nice place at the city centre, nice small apartment, bed is okay, although I got a shoulder pain after a night on it, maybe it's just me.

I have chosen this hotel over other ones because they stated having parking, I have even messaged them just in case that I will need ones, but upon arrival they said they don't have any, and I should use public parking garage for 40chf per night.

Comfortable single-bed room to stay on my trip. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast. Late (11am) checkout as a bonus.

I was surprised there was no hot water kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean with a nice bathroom. There were some good bars and great restaurants nearby. It's also a very short distance to walk to the very centre of the city, and closeby tram lines/connections.

Honestly, I would have really appreciated a small kettle in the room, however, there was a fridge which was great. Also, it didn't bother me, and I'm sure it's completely normal and not even worth mentioning for Swiss people. But there are a few "Adult" bars very close to the hotel, and the few streets around the hotel have that "feel". They are completely respectful and cause no problems, just mentioning to warn those who might be uncomfortable.

location was good, easy reach to all attractions, walking distance to the city center, main station, old town, tram N 8 stops close to the hotel if needed. The room was small but clean, the stuff amiable a kettle and coffee caps were provided at the reception.

was a close enough walk to the train spot and central zurich as well as the property sufficed with a good room and setup.

The hotel is well-appointed, relatively new I think, modern, and clean. The room is a little small but I think fairly typical in Europe (coming from a US point of view). The front desk staff person was friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

While the hotel was good the location is not so much. It is removed from the train station so a taxi is required. it is located in a not-so-nice 'party' area of the town (unless you are looking for that kind of action). The street outside was noisy. A taxi parked outside the hotel was talking loudly on his cell phone for an hour at 2 am. His voice was echoing off the surrounding walls of the street. Some local 'working' girls were laughing and giggling at 3 am. Again, it's not the hotel's fault but potential customers should know what they are getting.
