Very loud throughout the night due to passing traffic and trains. The hotel states that they have free parking but there are only ca 10 spots, if they’re full you have to park in the street which is only free during the night and costs during the day. Quite limited breakfast buffet without allergy information or signs on the contents of the buffet.

Breakfast was good. The room was good however I provided feedback to the front office (which they accepted graciously) about the room not being dark enough especially in the morning. They certainly need blackouts.

The hotel changed our room after we complained that the original room smelled like mildew. We liked the afternoon treat of cake and snacks. Good breakfast. Didn't notice other guests' reviews that the breakfast food 'runs out' after a certain time. Liked the location - close to train station, the food court and pool (on other side of train tracks) and town center. Kids liked the old style elevator. Umbrellas offered to guests as well as luggage storage.

We (a family of five in two separate rooms) were there during a hot weekend, so we had to leave the windows open because there was no AC. We parents weren't on the street side, but our kids were, and they couldn't sleep because of loud traffic and late-night revelers. Even on the non-street side, the seagulls (?)' calls disrupted our sleep.

Staff are friendly. Location very good. Near train station and attractions.

Amazing hotel located right next to the train station. We stayed just one night but the facilities were outstanding! Free hot chocolate and tea offered at night, amazing breakfast offered in the morning. We couldn't have expected anything better!

The location was very central and the room was nice. The breakfast was very good and we also liked the afternoon cake. :)

The shower was the only minus thing in this hotel. The whole bathroom floated after showering.

Centrally located hotel, in walking distance from the Central Railway Station and the downtown. Very delicious breakfast of great choice, helpful and friendly staff.

The room decoration was a little tired; the handle was falling odd the window and there were cobwebs in places. The tap didn't turn off properly in the bathroom

No air conditioning so you had to open windows. The street noise was horrible!

Very nice and charming hotel. Rooms are also great and clean. Everything has a charm to it, so it was very cute in Odense. Breakfast was also oke.
