Calidad precio estaba genial

been before so it’s familiar and close to Gibraltar where we were coming from. the rooms are clean and comfortable
the pools are so cold every time it’s been the same I don’t know why when it’s been 40 degrees strange - also lots of ants another thing as before
2.0
Parking availability
Spider webs on door, broken down stairs, not stroller accessible, view obstructed from room, poor quality food, no privacy - next door neighbors, staff not helpful
6.0
The accommodation was clean and well presented but everything looked a bit tired.
Otherwise it was in a good location and you could get all the necessities in the little shop. Staff were polite and helpful when we needed to interact.
Basically it was good enough, I’d probably not go back, not because there was anything specifically bad, but there are so many more places in the world to visit and for the price, I expect we could get something a little fresher, a little better.
I wouldn’t say there was anything wrong with this place really. Could definitely have done with a lick of paint and a bit of filler for some rather obvious cracks in the walls.
Kitchenette was basic, it was only possible to self-cater by borrowing things from the second apartment we rented.
Definitely could switch the salad spinner for a toaster and the kettle was borderline dangerous when it worked - no on-off switch, just on when plugged in and it seemed to take forever to boil.
Only real bug-bear was the loud kids party going on most nights til late just outside our window. I get that culturally, we’re the odd-ones out, with our children going to bed ~8-9pm but it did go on a bit.

Apartment was spacious and had a lovely view.
The single beds weren't very comfortable and the mattress looked more like a base than a mattress.

Rooms were nice and spacious.
No bin in the kitchen, only 3 pillows when there were 4 of us. We were unable to lock the glass door/balcony door so didn’t feel safe with my 4 and 7 year old.

I really liked the entertainment, the pool
My shower was broken. Water was leaking from shower head. I went to reception to report it but no one came to change it

Great for kids. Mini market was good value. Pools for great.
Resort should provide pool towels.
Bathroom towels were only changed after 5 days which was not frequent enough. We stayed for 8 nights so sheets should be changed. Not enough kitchen supplies.

Beautiful views.
The apartment was not cleaned well before we checked in. We had to clean a little.

nice location, ideal place to spend some time alone or also with family, lot of facilities as pools, minimarket restaurant and bar are in the area. However far from the city.

Really clean, nice - amazing views - we enjoyed the Gibraltar every morning from the balcony, nice swimming pool, well equipped, nice staff.
Parking near the apartments costs additionaly, also some minor improvements could be done- the fridge did not close properely, the dishwasher could not start. The apartments are located far away from the sea and town, but with a car it is not a problem.

pool
the kitchen could use a revamp. no toaster, kettle scaley. An alarm was sounding on and off at 4am. they could also invest in an indoor pool.

Food at pool bar was amazing, the views were stunning pool facilities were in good condition and clean in communal areas.
When entering the resort it felt like you were in a prison there are these huge iron gates to get through and the reception is easily 1km away then theu charge for parking which is a bit steep considering there's alot of walking. It felt very robotic as though not care from its staff. If you're staying here you'll need a car the resort is extremely out of the way cabs ranging in €25 to and from Duquessa and we left early because the hotel did not meet our expectations. I wouldn't be looking to stay here again

great view from our room.
Getting rather tired. Ants are a problem, we took ant powder with us and managed to stop most of them. Pools are nice but would hate to be there when it’s busy!

The pools are great
The price was great too
Everything was clean
The check in was the longest ever
Our flat was the lowest level. It really felt like accessing the basement.
The houses are a bit old and smell accordingly.
The beds were hard. So so hard.

I liked the pool area the pool bar and the room was spacious
I’m afraid on my trip there I was sitting on the sofa and within 10 mins I felt an extremely uncomfortable sensation in my bottom and raced into the shower
but I was still in pain for around three hours!
I couldn’t see any marks on me I was puzzled
the next day I looked in the mirror and found at least 20 bed bug bites on my bum and legs
I’m sorry this is not acceptable!!!!

The apartment was lovely and clean as well as the pools
The luck of sun umbrellas and sun beds too few for such a big complex
