Excellent location on the beach. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. Cosy place with an enclosed garden, swimming pool, gym and spa.

The hotel is on the beach which is a great plus, if you have a beach front room it's very nice. The rooms are not in the best condition, the buildings are looking very nice on the exterior and the garden is very beautiful.

The food so basically and sometimes not so tasty, it repeats a lot if you stay one week or more. I recommend to take only the breakfast and go eat somewhere else. The personal nice but not very welcoming like I felt in others places in Greece. Air conditioning only in the living room, in the bedroom it's super hot over night. Towels needs to be changed, they looked very used. Furniture in the room kinda old The entrance in the beach with stones and sometimes very big waves, sunbeds 7€ the first 2 rows and 4€ the others. At the pool, just a few sunbeds occupied at the first hour with towels. Regarding the service at the table, something that it's very annoying the rapidity of the staff when it comes to take the plates, sometimes you are still eating and they ask you if he can take the plate. You feel like you are in a hurry and at some point it becomes verry annoying. The note of the hotel I think it doesn't really represent what it has to offer, if I compare with others places in Greece, I will say that a 7 it's more appropriate.

There was no ac in the bedroom. There was only one ac unit in the hall, but with 40 degrees celsius it was not enough! And since the ac was working only with the key card (when u were inside the room), the room has too hot to sleep at night or to rest after lunch. After complaining, they did bring an extra fan in the room. But to be honest it was not good enough.

the staff is very polite but management seems to set rules on each and every aspect of their job witch is good on one hand but makes hotel guests life a bit difficult like only one card key to the room … if you traveling with a family it’s an extra unnecessary hustle when you want to go to the beach and other members of the family want to get some sleep … the hotel in general is worn off (rooms, pool, restaurant) would be good to renovate a bit be aware that in apartments the bedroom has no air conditioning

The hotel is perfectly placed right on the beach. There are sunbeds to use for free round the pool and on the private area of the beach yards from the sea. You can lie in a sunbed by the pool and look out into the sea- paradise! The restaurant and bar with lots of tables/ chairs even sofas, are right on the front so can eat or drink and look out into sea. Breakfast is included and is buffet style with something for everyone, from pastries to Greek yoghurt, honey and fruit, continental and cooked- there's even freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and will bring your drinks to you round the pool or bar. Rooms are clean and spacious. The manager goes out of his way to make you feel welcome; we ate at the restaurant a few nights and watched the sunset- the food was delicious and the manager gave us some backlava. Honestly can't recommend this hotel enough. The hotel is yards away from the main strip with supermarkets, bars restaurants and the bus stop - you should definitely jump the bus into Chania town €3 return takes 15 mins beautiful harbour and old town with shops, bars restaurants, museum, boat trips.. the only thing I can say is that sometimes we could hear noise from upstairs from bathroom/ furniture but find that in most places. All in all, a beautiful location and outstanding service! Thanks.
