My sister and I were in room 9, John and his family were really pleasent, it was always clean and the place is really close to the sea. I would recommend it to everyone! 😊

This is one of the best hosting experiences I had. The location is great, near the main street with restaurants and shops for evening walking and also near the sand beach. Also from my experience, this is a much better location than some closer to Chania (crowded and not so nice walking area). The owner and his family are great, very kind and very helpful always available to give you any kind of information. I rented a car with my girlfriend and we didn't have an issue with the part near this property. The room was great, with a big double bed with a soft mattress, also the size of the room was big. It can be seen they put the effort into details and you can find a lot of small things/ appliances in the room. There is everything you need to create lunch or expresso if you want to. In the room are also a dining table, Balkon with 2 chairs, table, and an umbrella so you can enjoy coffee or breakfast that you made in the morning. Beach near the apartment is very big and you have a lot of options where to swim. If there are strong North winds (July August) and you cannot swim because of the red flag your closes option is 8km Agiou Apostoli where you can also surf :), or visit some other beach in the south with a car. In our case during July, for 3 days we had strong winds and decided to try surfing for the first time :). I recommend highly this place for couples, who want a good base to stay for exploring the west create. At night if you don't want to travel to Chania with you are near to a good part of Platanias for a nice evening walk. I must also commend, they cleaned the room every day and changed sheets and towels often.

The bathroom is very small, there are no curtains between shower and toilet because of small space so water will spark over toilet. However, this didn't present an issue for us since everything functioned as it should.

Cannot fault anything, for the price it was amazing and I will definitely return.

My only criticism would be that the room needs a thicker curtain!

Very kind and helpful staff willing to help you with anything at all. The location for me was perfect right where I needed to be. All the facilities were very good and I wanted for nothing. The room was very clean and tidy with a tv and safe was also provided with no added charges. There's no noise at all staying here it is nice and quiet in the evening but close to everything in Platanias. I'll definitely stay here again, 🙂😁😎

Broken shower head holder, but wasn't that bothered

Excellent location, very safe and impressive area The owner was very helpful Free cost parking area outside of the hotel They gave priority to the cleaning, every day they make the room in a way as a new customer would be in!!!

The air condition could be more effective, but taking into account the high temperature, it was acceptable
