Once in building very easy to use key. Staff very friendly and helpful.
HOWEVER there was a huge rigmarol prior to getting to the property created by BOOKING.COM wanting additional information already provided in the booking process. After a number of calls, this was resolved, and entry was very smooth at the property.

Location and space.
The hallways and lifts were always smelling .. very poor ventilation. Unbearable to walk through hallways in the morning and evening due to smells.

Superb property at a superb location - 2 minutes walk to Woking Station which will take you to London in 27 minutes by Train
Noise from the railtrack nearby the room - I don't mind it but it could get noisier at night time

The property was well presented and equipped. There were everything for living. Great location 2 mins to railway station. Best commute to London 25 mins. Very helpful personal.

Perfectly positioned with smiling door security, easy options for take out and close to the supermarket. Parking was easy. Great 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. WIFI netflix and prime made quarantining easy.
The main bed was uncomfortable. A small double. The comfort would easily be fixed with a pillow top latex topper. The room is small but comfortable, I am not sure a queen bed would fit, but would definitely be a huge improvement. Another Tv in the main bedroom would of been perfect.
