We appreciated the laundry facilities. We also liked having a kitchenette in the room.
There are more long-term residents at this property than hotel guests. We stayed at this hotel a year ago and loved it. That is why we returned. This year it felt more like an apartment or homeless shelter than a hotel. There was no notification that the hotel was being utilized for homeless people. If we had known, we would have stayed somewhere else.

I like the security cameras in the parking lot since they may discourage thieves who could steal my vehicle catalytic converter. The bed was comfortable. The eliptical machine in the fitness center was working.

noise from workers staying at the hotel. they were raising their voices at each other-so I was scared to take my dog out. the woman at the desk addressed it as soon as I told her.
the luggage carts are very difficult to get in and out of the room because the doors are heavy and close before you can get it in the room to unpack luggage. door stops maybe?
