no heat, no hot water

It was close to where we needed to be and the price was right. The room was clean and the staff was responsive and helpful.

The location right next to a bar was noisy and uncomfortable. The windows did not block sound well as we discovered when a guest talked on his phone for an hour on Sunday morning at 5am in front of our room. There were only 2 pillows for 2 people, I need more than that to sleep comfortably.

What breakfast no breakfast cause of covid things were not normal

Nothing it was dirty and had animal hair all over mattresses were Gross 🤢🤢🤢 blankets and bed spreads had burn marks

The towels were tiny and thin and too many permanent residents hanging around with their unruly children. I also had to wait for the clerk to unlock the ice machine to even get any.

The woman working the desk was nice & helpful.

Super dirty, the room smelt like smoke. Noise all night long.

Staff worked with us during a move to get prices for us and we're helpful in a time of need.

Internet issues all the time. Other guests always snooping or listening or butting into personal issues or being noisy. Staff is great, helpful and understanding.

Staff is friendly. It's my home away from home.

Ok to sleep and take a shower.

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room there were cigarette butts in the window in the bathroom the only thing I can say that was good about it was that the bed was very comfortable not enough towels and wash clause in the bathroom and toilet paper The shower head in the bathroom needs to be replaced it was old and the spray was very abrasive

The location was good. A grocery store was in short driving distance. The bed was fine. The shower was average. The air conditioner was good. The lighting was all right. The refrigerator was great. The WiFi was above average. I got a parking space next to my room.

The microwave didn't work but it wasn't an issue. The TV was all right but the size and the height it was placed at made me feel like I had to look up to watch it.

shower door didn't close properly and the handle on the hot water fell off. Couldn't get hot water to work more than half the time.

Much bigger pillows!! And enough towels and washcloths!! There were two people in the room!!!

They were nice.

It was loud. I could hear them trying to clean but I was trying to sleep.

Everything was good and peaceful.

horrible top 2 bottom you are renting to druggies drunks lots of homeless & yelling fighting all night had to call twice police finally arrived 1-2 am couldn't sleep all night & MAN DID I NEED SLEEP! Hard job for 2 months in Lockeford I just needed a clean SAFE place to sleep, I should have been given some kind of discount for such a horrible stay, Stay away from the gov paid clients or atleast limit them to small numbers no guests!

The room was very dirty. Needed new fur. Needed new curtins and it had roaches bad.my son and i had to share one bath towel. The bathroom was dirty and needed new paint . i was very disapointed. We paid 90.00 to stay in a king room. That was way to much..and had to pay a pet fee of 15..00 dollrs a day it wasnt worth.it.
